Audio/Video Quality: Anal Invitation was presented in an anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 widescreen color the movie was shot in by director Raul Cristian (individual scenes credited to Chris Streams on the company website) for Jules Jordan Video in the MPEG-2 codec used for standard definition releases (including 480i resolution). There was some variation in the lighting that added additional grain but I saw a few other issues as the camera kept the ladies looking their best (presumably thanks to Chris Streams at work). The editing was more consistent this time, rarely any of the scenes standing out as being messed up or really enhanced substantially because of it. The bitrate was on the low side (probably due to the single disc nature of the production) yet there were few obvious compression artifacts, the haloing minimal and given the sheer amount of quality footage on display, most fans will be quite happy. The bitrate hovered all over the place this time, higher than usual with most of the movie in the 4.1 Mbps range, but varying across the board depending on the scene. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (at 192 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) offering that really didn't use any separation in terms of the vocals (there was some potential to do so here too). The dynamic range was also kind of generic, an area that seemed slightly better than earlier efforts and an area that Raul could easily improve to make best use of the great many home theaters in the hands of porn fans everywhere.

Body of Review: Raul Cristian makes lots of foreign porn but his best work for Jules Jordan Video involves engaging domestic ladies in his type of hardcore antics, pushing their respective limits beyond the vanilla porn that so heavily populates the market here. His latest flick is called Anal Invitation, the strict adherence to the ladies doing anal helping make this more focused than some of his recent works (which still garnered some serious acclaim in terms of strokability). With a big name cast including Lisa Ann, Chanel Preston, Courtney Cummz, and Tory Lane (okay, and a secondary starlet by the name of Angel Vain who was also quite fuckable and someone that I think has a tremendous amount of potential), I knew this would be spank bank material galore for the masses that still enjoy porn; the scenes probably causing a stir when the ladies were being shot live on the internet with all the usual fan participation taking place on the “Live Gonzo” label. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Angel Vain

There was great replay value and strokability going on in all the scenes even if I would have preferred to watch the scenes unfold as they were aired live on the company website, the title earning every bit of a Highly Recommended. Lisa Ann, Courtney Cummz, Tory Lane, and Chanel Preston were all great in their chemistry-filled anal trysts with Angel Vain, a fluffy blond hailing from Texas, providing some nice action too. In short, Anal Invitation had some good technical values, solid extras, and a cast of very attractive women built for comfort so check it out if you want some prime stroking material.
