Extras: I liked the Behind the Scenes feature the most. It lasted a hardy 56:38 minutes and included some post scene “aftermath” footage as well as extensive cast interviews that came across as “real”. There were also some trailers, spam, and website info to appreciate.

Audio/Video Quality: Lush 3 was presented in a decent 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as released by director William H. Nutsack for Elegant Angel (under their "Club 59" label). The camera work was again solid with plentiful lighting to eliminate grain, video noise and shadows so the picture appeared to be in line with his other work to date. Nutsack has made or assisted on a number of titles over the years, the technical matters taking back seat (pun intended) to the raw energy of the sex, but his skill levels have always been among the best in the industry. I saw no compression artifacts though the video bitrate was decent when spot checked but the composition of the camera angles strongly favored the ladies and their well lit bodies. The compositions of the shots helped maximize the potential of the ladies too, rarely relying on extreme close ups all the time as some seem destined to do and the editing by Robert Laplanc providing a minimalist touch (as needed). The 2.0 Dolby Digital English track was pretty basic with little separation or dynamic range yet I could hear the cast well enough in most cases. For those keeping track, the audio was offered in a 256 Kbps offering with a 48 kHz sampling rate, the grunts and groans heard well enough but the music not a factor this time, the minimal clips provided by Productiontrax and Elegant Angel.

Body of Review: William H. Nutsack has been one of my favorite directors in porn for years due to his body of work at Elegant Angel, the lighting and copious amounts of tease almost always superior to gonzo titles from competing companies in the industry. While most of his work has involved truly decadent, hardcore trysts, his latest release of Lush 3in the spinoff line from “Club 59”, proved the flip side of the equation regarding strokable “softer” trysts. The movie was a series of four lengthy, erotic lesbian encounters where no toys were deployed and the resulting chemistry and passion made it stand out, just allowing the couples to proceed as they saw fit. The basic formula remains the same as the company seeks to show it can offer erotic lesbian action just as smoking hot as anything else on the market, the ladies all coming across as having orgasmed at least once during their scenes. It should be noted that the level of success for this series has always been closely tied to the selection of the most suitable lesbian hotties, my favorites here including Katie St. Ives, Celeste Star, and Maddy O’Reilly, though all of them worked out just swell. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Celeste Star, a fine young lady well known in lesbian porn, was up first on the couch with seasoned babe Samantha Ryan, the two providing short interviews before engaging each other sexually. They wore shorts and only slightly revealing tops, the two unable to keep their hands off one another as they lightly caressed and kissed. The slow, luxurious pacing of the tryst was a nice change of pace for me, the lack of genetic juice, population pudding, of splooge no encumbrance to enjoying the manner in which the duo appeared to excite each other with a building degree of chemistry. Samantha appeared to be the dominant lady of the two this time, massaging Celeste’s fantastic ass while both maintained superior eye contact. As their attire slowly came off, it was observed that both ladies wore sexy panties, the thongs riding deep in the crevices of anal flesh which both of them orally satiated along with the usual gash gobbling. The scene showed the ladies as playful, enthusiastic, and energetic too, some face sitting and tribbling included before both got off and they kissed one last time.

Scene Two: Staci Silverstone and Charlie Monroe, the two newcomers featured on the front cover, were up next as they followed the general formula with each other. I thought it important to note that their names were spelled differently in the credits, on the box cover, and in other resources like the IAFD but as neither has a lot of credits to their name; it makes sense to attribute their quality performances as able. Once their interviews were over, they ended up on a dark couch, red tops and blue jean shorts enhancing their sexy and tight bodies. This scene began with more foot fetish action for those into that kind of thing, their eye contact with each other also very sexy as they massaged and rubbed each other between kisses and oral. Their dynamic was less polished overall than the previous scene yet the attentive nature they displayed made it well worth rubbing out a batch of spunk while watching, some quiet whispers between them punctuating their desire to be together. The penetration was strictly with fingers and tongues here too, their all natural bodies embracing together very naturally as they appeared to genuinely have orgasms.

Scene Three: Samantha Bentley, an English brunette (with long hair) with pretty eyes, was up next with dynamo Andy San Dimas. They gave their interviews and ended up on a white couch, Samantha wearing black stretch pants and a tight top while Andy had on a loose red top and some wonderfully appealing booty shorts. As Samantha had only a few credits to her name, it seemed normal that she took the subordinate role, Andy pouncing on her as they kissed at length, some minor foot fetish action included up front. Samantha was no stranger to lesbian outings from the looks of it too, both of them pawing each other but spending a lot of time orally gratifying each other with plenty of light touches too. Andy had a few blemishes to speak of but she gave so willingly of herself orally that I did not mind much, her intensity elevating the dynamic of the tryst substantially as they explored one another so deeply with their oral loving. Of note was the face sitting and the manner in which they savored the experience too, Andy coming across as the driving force but both of them adding some replay value and strokability worth looking into.

Scene Four: Katie St. Ives, a fetching young cutie with brilliant eyes and a curvy body, was up last as she showed newcomer babe Maddy O’Reilly a good time. Both were lean and petite, Katie wearing a print top and jeans while Maddy wore a blue tank top and blue jean cutoffs, some intense necking and caresses leading to their clothing being tossed aside to the floor of the white room they were in. Maddy wore white bikini undies while Katie had a black thong on, both ladies getting some crotch flossing done by the looks of their thongs stretching up their ass cracks. This was another scene where the relative disparities in experience showed but this was not a bad thing, just a different dynamic taking place as the couple explored one another orally. Katie went down on Maddy first, spending a lot of time gobbling gash and looking up at Maddy to establish a lust connection. Maddy’s expressions were priceless and helped make their chemistry appear all the more real, her tentative reciprocation as playful as could be but not lacking even when they moved into a 69 position or rimmed one another. Again, it seemed like real orgasms went all around here, Maddy getting Katie off after her friend gave her at least a couple of orgasms with both kissing as the camera faded out.

Summary: Lush 3 by director William H. Nutsack for Elegant Angel was interesting in how the interviews at the beginning of each of the four scenes seemed to properly outline what each lady expected, what she had to offer, and how much she wanted to do things as she wanted to rather than be micromanaged by some chump with a camera. The scenes then proceeded to show exactly what was promised with each scene taking on a life of its own, the pacing dictated by the ladies instead of following a strict formulaic approach as is the norm in the industry. There were some minor rough edges on the technical matters at times because of the single camera approach but frankly, the strength of the sexual interactions was as appealing as anything I've seen from companies devoted to sex-positive lesbian action, the genuine orgasms working for me every time. As such, I rated this one as Highly Recommended, the strokability and replay value for an aficionado like myself much sweeter than usual. In short, LUSH 3 won me over thanks to the superior casting or outstandingly heated babes getting into each other.
