Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the standard porn format of 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as expected. Aside from some very minor lighting issues, chosen to accent the women more than blindly analyze them (harsh lighting reveals every flaw and makes them look worse), I think the picture looked good with minimal grain on the newer scenes and only a touch of problems with video grain. The audio was presented in stereo English with no separation between the channels. The biggest flaw with it, and this is a long-standing complaint, is that the women are tough to hear when speaking and Randy is easily heard. That means if you turn up the volume, Randy will tear apart your speakers and a boom mike might be in order for future productions.

Body of Review: Few porn studs have remained active both in front of and behind the camera for as long as Randy West. Usually, particularly on the newer scenes, the picture looks decent and the show starts off with an interview, which is a chance to get to know the performers as they entered the business (at least a large number of them entered through Randy's company). While masturbation series are everywhere these days, like the artistic Soloerotica and the lower budget 100% Masturbations, Randy's niche is secure in that he provides top of the line talent (most of the time) in a straightforward setting without too many special effects. If you enjoy this type of thing, Randy's the best you're going to get so read the following scene breakdown by cast if you're interested:

Scene One: Jordan, a 19 year old hot blonde gal from Montana, as seen on the upper left hand corner of the front DVD cover, started off the show with this scene on Randy's ever-popular couch. The audio may need work but Real Female Masturbation is as good as you'll find on the market for masturbation action.
