The Movie:

The eighth (and at the time of this writing, latest) entry in the ongoing series of Ninn Worx video releases featuring the hottest girls from their stable of beauties in erotic solo action, Soloerotica 8, just like the earlier releases, once again blends the artistic with the perverse and presents a fantastic compilation of short, erotic vignettes sure to impress anyone who even remotely appreciates… vaginas and watching what a pretty girl can do with hers! This time, however, there's a catch, and it's a sweet one! Rather than just use the regular Ninn Worx performers as they have in the past, this time around the disc focuses on The Girls Of Innocence. Fans of the Holly Vanderhyden directed series of Ninn Worx releases that focus on the girl next door types with a few sexy twists can now rejoice, as this is your chance to basically spy on them while they get it on with their own bad selves.

The cast for the film? Once again it's a little different from the last few, with the return of some familiar faces and a few newbies on board to show their stuff as well. All in all, it makes for a nice mix of solo poon play – here's who shows up for the fun: Charlie Laine, Penny Flame, Tanya James, Paola Ray, Lauren Phoenix, Melissa Lauren, Jennifer Luv, Cassie Young, Sarah Blake, Marie Luv, Randy Wright, Keri Sable, Jasmine Byrne, Teagan, Felix Vicious, Marlena, Fallon, Kelly Kline, Jassie and Haley.

Rather than do the traditional porn review and give you a scene by scene breakdown of how it all happens, I'm going to take a different approach (well, not that different, it's really the same approach I used for Soloerotica 5, 6 and 7 and will probably use for 9 if there is one, but in all fairness, this is simply more of the same, just with different girls in different situations, so I can do this again and not feel guilty even in the least) and just cover some of the highlights to give you a feel for the movie, because let's face it, each of the twenty scenes involves a woman pleasuring herself and it would be dull to read what would essentially be the same scene description over and over again twenty times, and it would be just as dull to have to write it. The biggest difference between this release and the earlier ones is how the girls are dressed and how they're lit. This is a softer looking compilation, the girls are almost always wearing lighter colors like pink or white or baby blue, and it really plays up the 'innocent' look that the producers of the disc were obviously after and that so many of us horn out over!

Some of the more interesting scenes play out in typically over the top Ninn Worx fashion. Penny Flame starts things off and whereas some of the girls play almost silently in front of the camera and let your imagination fill in the blanks, Penny talks dirty to you from the start, getting you good and ready to watch her go at it. She's a good looking woman and having her put on a private show is a true thing of beauty.

Paola Ray looks great in her pink stewardesses outfit and she too talks dirty to the camera before really getting into what she does in this scene. Her natural good looks and infectious smile are over lit just enough to give her a really soft look in this scene, one which accentuates her curvaceous figure as she spreads her legs for you in a yellow chair and finger fucks herself.

We're all fans of Teagan these days and this scene is just one example of many reasons why she's quickly rising to the cream of the crop in the world of adult entertainment. She starts the scene off in a ruffled bra and panty set that soon comes off in favor of her birthday suit. She strokes herself and works her clit and her nipples gently, rather than overly aggressively like you see so often in porno these days and you can almost believe that if she were alone she'd approach the job the same way that she does in this scene – which makes it even hotter.

Sarah Blake has the sexy bookworm look going on in this scene, with black stockings and a business suit on as well as a sexy pair of glasses framing her pretty face and her red hair. When the clothes start to come off the action heats up nicely, and this scene does a really nice job of showing off the fantastically sexy body that this true beauty of porn has working in her favor without skimping on her sexist asset – those gorgeous eyes of hers. I could watch this scene over and over again and not get tired of it! It's 100% pure boners!

Marie Luv follows Ms. Blake, which isn't an easy task, but she handles the job well. Sporting a purple and pink negligee thing, she struts for the camera before pulling her clothes up and digging her fingers into her fuzz. She shows off her fantastic ass and long, thick legs which is always a nice touch and once she gets herself warmed up and wet she seems pretty into what she's doing here.

Felix Vicious is another girl whose star is on the rise for a few reasons, not the least of which is that fantastic plump little ass of hers that periodically gets such a work out! Charlie Laine closes off the disc and she looks pretty cute when the scene starts as she walks towards the camera in her pink pants and her ribbed shirt. She does a really nice job of teasing us here as she works herself through her clothes for a bit before baring it all and delivering everything you would hope to see from such a nice looking girl.

No narrative structure at all, merely a series of set pieces, Soloerotica 9 is a little better than the earlier entries thanks to the casting and to the cinematography, all of which are a step above what has come before – in short, it's top-notch stuff. Everything is lit with enough softness to really enhance the girls as they perform for the camera uninterrupted and the editing, the camera work, and the variations in sets, wardrobe and in the girls themselves gives this compilation a great deal of heat and as such, a great deal of replay value. To put it bluntly - if you like to watch girls masturbate – and I do! - this disc is hard to top.

The DVD

Video:

While the image was obviously captured on video and not on film, the overall clarity of the picture is quite good thanks to a decent authoring job and some hard work on the part of the lighting technicians. Colors are quite bold, black levels remain strong, and except where altered intentionally for artistic reasons, skin tones look lifelike and natural. There are a few spots where some mpeg compression is obvious, as well as some mild edge enhancement, but these aren't serious problems and overall this movie looks good.

Sound:

The Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround mix comes through loud and clear. As mentioned earlier, there is no dialogue in this film, just some sex noises and background music, both of which are mixed properly and balanced in such a way as to perfectly combine both tracks into one tripped out dreamy and atmospheric soundscape.

Extras:

The two extra features on this DVD are an extensive still gallery of over one hundred images, and a behind the scenes segment. This behind the scenes piece features not only some raw making of footage playing with simple background music overtop but also some interviews with a few of the girls involved in the video as well as some clips from this feature and a few other Ninn Worx productions as well.

Final Thoughts:

Soloerotica 8 – The Girls Of Innocence is hot, reasonably classy, and really well made. It gives us a nice selection of girls, each one a true looker, and lets us watch them do their thing at their own pace and in their own way. Highly recommended for fans of solo play DVDs.
