Audio/Video Quality: Beautiful New Faces 5 was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by director B. Skow for Girlfriends Films. Using high definition cameras, Skow set forth to provide an upgraded experience from his award winning “Brand New Faces” series that I always appreciated. Mike Towers likely handled the camera along with Skow, and Hashiell Dammett was the editor, allowing Skow to interview the ladies without dealing with all the ongoing issues involved. There was no continuous company watermark on the screen and while certain portion of the footage looked like a filter was used to soften the image, the overall look of the show was solid. The aural components were likewise well done, the 2.0 Dolby Digital encoding added in during post production to limit the background noises, the vocals heard reasonably well in most cases, few ambient noises disturbing the flow of the show.

Body of Review: B. Skow is an acclaimed porn director distributed by Girlfriends Films up for various awards this season. His latest movie in for review is called Beautiful New Faces 5, a showcase for attractive newcomer ladies to strut their stuff akin to his infamous “Brand New Faces” series but without the gimmick of the “contract” signed regarding a performance as a “first”. The listed ladies in the single disc show included Cassidy Banks, Alexa Tomas, Rachel Madori, and Ashley Adams; none of them anything close to meriting a “new” status though each was fuckable in her own way. The back cover described the movie like this: “B.Skow tries his award winning interview and tease techniques on cover girl Cassidy Banks, Rachel Madori, Ashley Adams, and Spanish superstar Alexa Tomas. Each sexy girl so different from one another. The things they have in common though are what makes Beautiful New Faces so special. Each girl loves sex, loves to show their body, wants to please their partner, and they all have great personalities.”

The company press release then said, in part: “Beautiful New Faces 5” is the newest edition of the bestselling series that earned a 2016 AVN Awards nomination for Best Continuing Series and a 2016 XBIZ Awards nomination for the Best All Sex Series of the Year. “Beautiful New Faces 5” showcases the beauty, sex appeal and sensuality of cover girl Cassidy Banks, as well as young starlets Ashley Adams, Alexa Tomas, and Rachael Madori. With only 23 listed credits on the IAFD, Alexa had the smallest porn resume of the cast while also the oldest woman here but given some of her recent performances, I was just fine with her inclusion. Her nervous laughter and pretty eyes also made her engaging, the interview again edited into the tiny glimpses of tease montage before Pete was kneeling between her legs devouring her bald beaver. As such, I rated the movie as Recommended based on the selection of ladies including Cassidy Banks, Rachel Madori, Ashley Adams, and Alexa Tomas, each bringing their own appeal to the mix here as usual. In short, Beautiful New Faces 5 was the latest industry starlet showcase series for somewhat experienced “newcomers” worth knowing about, a broad selection of ladies included here rather than a group that looked much alike so pick this one up and see what you think.
