Extras: The first disc had a cast list, some websites, and a web trailer; the bulk of the movie included on the second disc. The second disc offered the best extra in the form of a 10:28 minute long Behind the Scenes feature, a heated 30:10 minute long outtake reel, five photogalleries, 3 trailers, and some filmographies along with the second iteration of the cast list. The extra footage added more nudity and sexual misconduct, plenty more in terms of strokable footage, so it should not be missed, certainly adding value for me and most other fans of the director.

The best extra on the second disc was the 27:12 minute long, all new bonus scene between Maddy O’Reilly and Mick Blue. Audio/Video Quality: Cream Dreams 3 was presented in a fine looking 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Jay Sin for Evil Angel. The lighting covered the action well so there were not a lot of shadows around during the scenes. The flesh tones were very accurate and the composition of the shots looked especially good for capturing the circus stunt sex acts and fetishes. Still, the action was clearly recorded and the raw energy of the cast was caught better than I expected; making it a decent looking fuck flick in most ways, the editing by Luigi, showing some care going into the final product. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English; the lack of separation and dynamic range meaning the audio was a bit flatter than hoped for. It was low end audio for the most part but given the gonzo niche of the movie, this is to be expected. The musical interludes were pretty decent though and added to the fun but they did not last long for those who care.

Body of Review: Jay Sin provides some of the most unusual porn at Evil Angel, his adoration of pushing the anal limits of attractive women well known by now. His latest flick making it my way is the recently released Cream Dreams 3: Special Set, a series of scenes dedicated to displaying Jay’s appreciation for nasty circus act sex involving milk, cream, and frothy nastiness. If you enjoy food fetish action, especially involving asses and kink, Jay should be your “go to” director for high quality technical aspects as well as bigger name performers. My biggest reason for picking this one up was to see Maddy O’Reilly, Penny Pax, and Casey Calvert but all of the ladies had a certain appeal to them worth consideration. If you are into the teasing, pleasing, and backdoor exploration style Jay provides, this will likely be another fuck flick for your collections. Be forewarned though that this is best suited for fans of extreme kink, lesbian action, and offbeat weirdness but if you give it a chance the fun factor will be appreciated too, companies like Empire not even selling it.
