Extras: The best extra was the 42:25 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Danny showing how she came up with different ideas, claiming the first two scenes had no BTS because she was pissed off (Keira and Anikka covered though most of the footage seemed to be of Chanel, Danny talking about how male cum is unappetizing “10 seconds after it leaves a guy’s body” speaking volumes of what he likes). Audio/Video Quality: All In Your Head was presented in anamorphic widescreen as credited to director Chanel Preston for James Deen Productions. The cinematography was credited to Hank Hoffman and Chanel, Danny Wylde handling editing and other post production chores. The flesh tones were accurate in a couple of scenes, the lighting varied according to the mood Chanel wanted to set, and the mediocre framing all combined to make this a decent looking title though, the bulk of compression artifacts observed when viewing it on a big screen television. Those who like porn shot in an erotica manner, somewhat modified, will like the look of the scenes more than I did, the slow motion too frequent for my tastes as well. The 2.0 stereo audio provided sounded like a monaural experience even when I plugged in my headphones though, no distinctive separation of channels and the music mixed in aggressively to fairly weak vocals.

Body of Review: Chanel Preston is a popular porn performer who has begun to dabble in directing of late for James Deen Productions, her latest release a title called All In Your Head. The premise of the movie is to show four scenes that are imagined in the mind being displayed in an erotica for couples manner. With a cast of ladies including Anikka Albrite and Casey Calvert, I sensed some potential here, Keira Nicole and Keisha Grey also shown in their own scenes though the males peaked with Toni and went down hill from there quickly.

The company website described the movie like this: “All In Your Head transcends expectations with its striking imagery and brilliant creative direction. Anikka Albrite and Casey Calvert looked their best while Keisha and Keira were easy enough on the eyes for the most part, the heat or chemistry of the trysts up for debate. In short, All In Your Head certainly looked much better than most titles coming from JD’s company though in fairness, he sets the camera down much of the time for a series of static shots so that doesn’t say a whole lot, Chanel’s artistic approach to porn just what some people are looking for as an alternative to hardcore gonzo so check it out if that description applies to you; you may find it refreshing.
