Extra's: The extras included a director's commentary by Bud Lee, some trailers, biographies for the entire cast, interviews with the female performers, an 8.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Jason Silver, three photogalleries, a pop shot compilation from the movie, and some spam. The audio commentary wasn't Bud's best, he's so positive and rarely breaks away to say anything of depth, as well as that he stops for the sex (and when the whole movie is made up of sex without much breathing room, you can guess how limited the commentary was). The interviews were cute as was the BTS feature, both adding some interesting material for replay value.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the typical 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as expected. The picture looked very solid in most cases, with proper lighting that kept the grain and video noise to a minimum. The camera angles and other visual aspects of the movie were decent as well, making this movie look good in most ways. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 stereo English, not the advertised 5.1 Dolby Digital surround, something I've seen time and again falsely advertised by the company. I doubt they hired a sound engineer to properly set up a 5.1 recording situation so even if it had displayed on my receiver as 5.1, I know it would be similar to those releases by Wicked Pictures, a company that advertises 5.1 audio but doesn't really have a dedicated track (it reads as 5.1 but it doesn't sound like such a track). The audio, for the most part, was fairly plain but okay with little dynamic range to speak of.

Body of Review: Sin City's Ultra line of feature porn is getting some real recognition these days. The company went so far as to hire industry veteran Bud Lee to direct a number of their releases, noting that Bud has made movies since the 1980's. His latest is a little title known as Compulsion, a flick that centered on a shrink's attempt to get to the bottom of her patient's sexual fantasies. The box cover said: "Lust. Sin. Perversion.
This is the world of Dr. Worth, a specialist in all forms of sexual dysfunction from the tame, to the bizarre, to the totally unnatural. her long list of clients, each with their own dark secrets and perversions, has begun to cause the young female therapist to imagine herself acting out her patients fantasies...from her kinky receptionist Karen, who never wears panties and is constantly flashing and dropping lesbian innuendos, to Judy, whose obsession with big fat cocks has taken over her life so much that she's gang-fucking strangers on a daily basis to Claudia, who makes her boyfriend watch while she fucks street bums... From each of these twisted lives, Dr. Worth absorbs their lusts, fetishes and dark desires until she's unable to maintain any semblance of self control and begins to sink into the depths of degradation where sin and sex are her only Compulsion." While the movie was actually more of a vignette release with a tiny thread to hold it all together, there was some good sex here. If this sounds like the kind of release you're looking for, read the following breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Victoria, a blonde with huge implants (and the scars to prove it), had a scene on a bed with Dale. The two did some oral to one another and then moved on to boning. As she rode him in reverse cowgirl, she took a leak at least once (again in the doggy position) and the scene ended with a titty fuck and jerk off to the chest sequence.

Scene Two: Brittaney, a lean blonde that looked a bit like a cross between Ava Vincent and Jenteal, had a scene with Joel in her psychiatry office. He started it off by massaging her feet and she responded in such a way as to make him horned up as hell. He then went down on her for a bit and she returned the favor while on her knees. He force-fed her some man-meat and got a bit of a titty fuck before nailing her in a couple of positions. It ended when he jerked off onto her feet.

Scene Three: Jackie, a gal next door type, and Sergio, had the next scene in a waiting room. He stripped her clothes off and licked her front and back a bunch. She gave a short blowjob without much feeling, using her hand and tongue enough to warm him up for the boning that came afterwards. She put more energy in the reverse cowgirl action, meeting his thrusts like they meant something to her. They changed positions several times and he came on her stockings to finish up. Not exactly my bag but some of you probably enjoy that type of thing.

Scene Four: Rose, the little Asian gal with large implants, had a scene at a bar at night with Pete. She gave great head, using her eyes, tongue and attitude to get him really excited, before offering her pussy to him in doggy fashion. He spanked her (she called for it to be harder too) and sawed away like a rocking horse on acid, changed positions a few times and launched a couple jillion semen onto her face. There was some chemistry here but not a whole lot.

Scene Five: Brittaney and Jackie, in the office setting again, had a lesbian scene together on the desk. Jackie didn't seem as much into the action as Brittaney but they did a decent job together. They stripped one another and each spent time trying to get her partner off. Most of the action was licking but some finger play came up as well, with Jackie taking a whole lot of fingers inside her before getting off. The scene seemed short but I liked it enough to watch twice.

Scene Six: Austin, one of the hottest blondes in the business, took care of Steve in an alleyway. Her short denim skirt rode up her lovely legs and the pink sweater accentuated her look even more. She dove into his penis to blow him and did a good job with that but an even better job riding him hard and wet. The way she ground her hips into his lap as well as the little noises she made as she did so, convinced me that she was the real deal. It came as no surprise to me that she hails from Texas, given her look, her body, and her great sexual attitude. They boned for a long time and he shot his load into her face and onto her mouth. Yum!

Summary: Compulsion is a movie worth a rating of Rent It unless you're a huge fan of the cast. I liked a few scenes a lot, particularly Austin's, but the rest were only so-so at best. The story wasn't very good for a feature (by that, I mean either have a story or don't, there is no middle ground) but the extras were pretty good. The sex wasn't ground breaking and the levels of passion varied too much to make this a winner for many people but it was worth checking out.
