Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as it was shot so many years ago. I've been led to believe it was shot by famed videographer Quasarman in the absence of the director but I have no firsthand knowledge of that fact. Regardless, the colors were accurate, the lighting fairly solid and the composition of the picture generally well above John's usual brand of sleaze so I'm convinced my source was correct in his belief about who "really" directed it. The audio was your standard monaural presentation although it registered on my receiver as a stereo signal (there was no separation between the channels and limited dynamic range). It wasn't great but it wasn't horrible either; especially for low budget porn.

Body of Review: Having watched several thousand adult releases over the years (if not more, I haven't exactly kept count), I've noticed that there is definitely a so-called "pecking order" at porn production companies with regard to budget and amount of resources used to promote titles. If a hot shot director is at the helm, the movie gets all the company can offer and if one of their trolls is the director, the movie gets the bare minimum needed to get the thing made. One company where this still seems to be the case is at Metro Interactive. While they've had some stunningly hot releases in the last year, the company has long been a breeding ground for new directors and old hacks alike. Within minutes of watching any of their titles, I'll know if the whole thing is going to be lame or if it'll be on my preferred list (with few exceptions). This has long been the case and I noticed it years ago when I reviewed Head First, a movie released as directed by John Bone (one of the companies former hack directors). Here's what I said about it: "The movie has no real theme other than a set of four scenes with the professional staff followed by the fans having Jasmine in an orgy. There was an office setup where we meet most of the cast who had small TV's nearby to tell us what they are thinking. The fans were interviewed between sex scenes and told us how they were chosen to participate." It was a basic concept type of porno and had something to offer for fans of Jasmine's more than anything else so if you're still interested, here's a quick look at the scenes I gave it so long ago:

Scene One: The first scene is between Erika and Dave who engaged in straight, oral, and anal sex before she got a facial from him. His penis seemed rather small and unexcited most of the scene which indicates how the rest of us should react. Dave's never been the most reliable woodsman in porn but he did convey the problem some men have with regard to being in a situation of having sex with someone he didn't find attractive.

Scene Two: The next scene was a threesome with Donna, two men (Dave and Kyle?) who did mostly the same stuff as above except they included a DP (double penetration). They then added in a DPP (double pussy penetration) and there was a gape shot of her asshole. It was not a pretty picture if you get my drift. I know some of you have long enjoyed seeing circus act sex with somewhat nasty looking porn gals but there are limits to what even a jaded old porn hound like me can stand.

Scene Three: The third scene is another threesome with Candy, Carol and Guy. They wore ridiculous costumes and sunglasses during the majority of the scene which is understandable for the amateurs that are in the final scene's orgy but it made no sense here. The sex was routine and passionless but fans of the gals, all two of them, might enjoy a moment or two of the action.

Scene Four: The fourth scene had Jasmine and Kyle going at one another. She was by far the best looking gal in the movie and not nearly looking her best. The scene went back and forth between her and Kyle, then into the final orgy scene where Marc Medoff, Todd Lene, Craigon Fyre, Jeff White, Stone Johnson, all had her in one way or another. She looked comparably good and they looked lame. Most of them had a tough time getting and/or staying hard during the shoot. I know it's a great publicity stunt to include fans but at least get ones who a) don't look like losers and b) can get excited enough to stay hard for a few minutes when confronted with their dream woman. I don't think that's too much to ask.

Summary: The small pre-sex scenes between the cast members were fairly funny if not well acted. There was no plot and the whole idea behind this movie seems to have been "what should we do with these sex scenes" instead of a well thought out plan. If you like anal, unprotected sex and facials, you may like this more than I
Did but even at the discount rates you'll find it for, you could do better. With the exception of Jasmine, the women were sort of rough
looking; typically called second or third stringers. I will readily admit that the video looked pretty good for this kind of bargain basement approach to a porn movie but it should have been longer (with lots more of Jasmine). My suggestion is for you to either Skip It this or to wait until bargain bin day at your local rental outlet. Absolute fans of Jasmine may feel more comfortable getting it than others but she's done better in the past so let your penis be your guide. Keeping in mind that Metro has come a long way since making crud like this, you'll want to focus your consumer dollars on more recent titles by the company if you want to get off as much as possible for your money (like most guys, I like a lot of fuck for the buck and this didn't provide it).

This Don Houston "retro-review" was written long ago before the so-called Professor of Porn had much experience writing reviews. Since that time, he has found Metro Interactive to have a lot of good releases and seen more porn than almost anyone reviewing on the internet. Keep in mind that his comments accurately reflected his fresh viewpoint of the time he first saw the movie.
