Extras: The extras were contained on the second disc, the usual spam leading to a laundry list of interesting features. They began with a series of 8 featurettes that gave each scene both a Behind the Scenes clip and then a “fluffing camera” in POV, the footage adding up to 104:38 minutes of quality material. The funniest and best for me was that involving Brooklyn Lee but all four sets of clips were worth checking out repeatedly thanks to the additional sexual content included. There was then a series of text questions and answers with the four ladies, a photogallery, some more commercials, a BTS photogallery with a lot of polaroids signed by the gals, a true BTS gallery, and more spam for the company. In all then, it was a good set of extras worth having.

Audio/Video Quality: Romantic Aggression was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot in 1080p by directors Ryan Madison & Kelly Madison for Juicy Entertainment (only scene one done in letter box as it appeared older). While there were no technical credits provided, the directing couple have established their credentials over time, their works getting better and more visually appealing. In the case of these four vignettes, there was a lot to enjoy with varied lighting (not just flat, warehouse lighting like you see in many gonzo scenes), a romantic nod to the music and other visual elements, even some establishing footage outside the bedroom at times. As such, while some of the footage was darker than I generally like, it lent itself to the romantic “feel” I think they were going for. The aural components were likewise more interesting than in most titles on the current market, the music dominant at times but mixed in with the clear vocals to elevate the technical elements as a whole.

Body of Review: Ryan Madison & Kelly Madison have been established performers for years, Kelly’s claim to fame a tossup between her ginormous boobs and the way she always throws herself into her sex scenes. Their latest works as directors distributed by Juicy Entertainment is called Romantic Aggression, the seemingly contradiction in terms handled much better than I expected going into the show. With all the erotica and romance porn on the market these days, you’d think that hardcore gonzo sex was prohibited but as real life will tell you, sex can be many things and all the usual acts can be had in a romantic relationship as well. This time, the movie was comprised for four scenes where Ryan would engage in heated acts with a fine selection of ladies, my favorites being Brooklyn Lee and Chanel Preston, but Brooklyn Chase and Aaliyah Love also working well as more than just eye candy. In an attempt to bring the world something off the beaten track, I think they succeeded handily (no pun intended). Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Good Girl: Brooklyn Lee, the impressive redhead featured on the front cover that literally took the porn world by storm before dropping out, was up first in a heated little tryst with Ryan Madison. She read by the fireplace with her glasses on, some sexual stirrings shown in the form of a tease montage with a lot less flesh than usual. As she slowly started masturbating, Ryan came into the picture to lick her ass and gobble her gash by the fireplace, some kissing and caressing taking place as the music played and they became undressed. Brooklyn was naked first and as he lowered her to the floor, she rubbed his turgid pecker through his pants, pulling it out to aggressively slob the knob. Brooklyn paid a lot of attention to his balls too but her devoted oral set the stage for some equally aggressive vaginal sex, her bald beaver looking as tasty as ever. Scene Two: Love & Lust: Aaliyah Love, a lean but very attractive blond gal, was up next in colorful bikini underwear underneath her white dress as she embraced Ryan Madison. There was no tease or setup this time to build the heat, the couple already together as the subtitle credit appeared, her dress and other garments tossed aside rather quickly as they kissed on the bed. She massaged his growing bulge in his pants and pulled out an erection to suck on, her eye contact helping to make the scene stand out as strokable. She focused most of her oral efforts on his head while her hand stroked his pecker, the gal rocking back and forth until she mounted him, her fleshy ass cheeks rippling delightfully well. She was a very active rider and while I found the split screen special effect distracting, it was not overly done so I gave it a pass, the couple’s energy and enthusiasm leading the tryst to end when he gave her a vaginal creampie of population pudding, Ryan fishing out some of the ball batter with his fingers to feed to her.

Scene Three: Oceanside Seduction: Brooklyn Chase, a fetching brunette with strong legs and a yummy ass, was up next with Ryan Madison, the opening montage heavy of the couple prancing about a mostly deserted beach. I really thought that kind of setup helped establish the tryst romantically with all their kissing and running about, her ass looking nice in her white shorts over her tight yellow top. Once back in the house, they ended up on the bed, no surprise there, his hands all over her as he sucked her tits and yanked off her shorts for greater access to her very appealing goodies, the guy going down on her as she moaned in pleasure. Summary: Romantic Aggression by directors Ryan Madison & Kelly Madison for Juicy Entertainment was initially one of those titles that seemed to run counter to prevailing tastes, the increased marketing of romance porn often thought of as the opposite of hardcore gonzo. I’ve reviewed other titles trying to combine the two elements but all fell short until now, Romantic Aggression easily earning a rating of Recommended or better depending on your tastes. I’m glad the couple decided to send this one out given the otherwise weak marketing by their distributor, it shall be remembered around award season later this year as a healthy competitor to the light romance titles that populate certain voting categories, the extras were a nice touch too. I’ll admit that my favorite scene was the opening one with Brooklyn Lee but the other three ladies were fun to watch as well, Chanel Preston coming in second with the others close behind.
