Audio/Video Quality: World Poke Her Tour was presented in a 1.85:1 ratio letterboxed color showing as directed by Bill Maroni for Hustler Video. The lighting was decent, leading to little grain, video noise, or other impairments, with accurate fleshtones throughout. The set was strictly a stage behind the poker tournament, making lighting easy but I would imagine that the Hustler Casino would've had something more luxurious to offer the scenes than that. The composition of the shots and editing were booth marginal with a lot of close ups that detracted from the look of the ladies at times but seemed about average for a beginner overall. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital stereo English but I heard no separation on either my home theatre set up or my headphones, even the minimal music sounding slightly flat (the vocals were minimal too as no one apparently thought to add in any dirty talk worth noting).

Body of Review: Hustler Video is one of the largest companies in porn, providing scores of movies each year; many of them quite strokable and quite worth your hard earned dollars. A quick look at the last year's offerings says it all in regards to their diverse assortment of smut and that also means that some really lame stuff will be made too. One such title was World Poke Her Tour, an assortment of scenes that revolved around a fictional poker game held in the Hustler Casino, perhaps more for a write off or publicity than anything else given the lack of heat and passion in the scenes. The cast was fine but even the pretense of the game was dispensed with much of the time, the gals going to the penalty box for no reason. If you're still interested, here's a look at the scenes, all of which contained anal of one sort or another but none having more than a brief cameo by hostess Jessica James and no condoms being present:

Scene One: Staci Thorn, the light haired gal in the middle of the left hand side of the front DVD cover, was up first as she actively blew Sascha as part of losing the tournament. She kept up a good level of inhalation technique by the looks of her facial cheeks and he grabbed her hair to impress upon her his need for her to suck seed. Why the ladies were acting so passive was never made clear (perhaps the missing BTS footage would have told the story) but the ones that at least made an attempt at the end of their scenes were appreciated more than a little by me. Scene Four: Haley Paige, the cute gal with brown hair on the lower left hand corner of the front DVD cover, was up next as she lost her bet and had to work with Tony T. (technically, she picked him though). The oral was decent and she was another gal too passive during the penetrative sex. It looked like the anal was hurting her and she responded in kind by letting him plug away in several more positions. She's a hotty but seemed wasted here, taking the facial at the end of the scene as a consolation prize.

Scene Five: Taylor Rain, the lean brunette on the top of the left hand column on the front DVD cover, was next as she followed the formula with no apparent reason for doing Tommy Gunn in the penalty box. Summary: World Poke Her Tour was the weakest offering from Hustler Video that I can recall ever seeing (although I'm sure a few of you will be able to remind me of other dogs if prodded). The sex would often start off with a decent blowjob but quickly fall apart with weak direction, a lack of passion or energy in the penetrative sex except on occasion, and the hostess not participating in any meaningful way (a walk on during Taylor's scene to rub her twice hardy qualifies). The extras sucked donkey balls, missing even the advertised BTS feature and the running time for the high price was lame so I rated World Poke Her Tour as a Skip It unless you're a major slavering fanboy of the cast and need to have all of their scenes. They have all done better in the past and without beating a dead horse, you can probably find better porn throwing darts at a catalog of older titles in the discount bins.
