Synopsis:
Amanda (Kaylani Lei) celebrates her birthday on a dark and rainy night with her boyfriend Charlie. After they make love and drift off to sleep, she wakes up alone. After searching for him, she goes to the bathroom and is caught in a surreal time warp where her apartment morphs into the same place - 70 years ago. Now it's 1937 and we see a couple there - Greg and Laura - where we witness a strange scene of depraved sexual behavior. When Kaylani wakes up in her modern day apartment again, she thinks it was all just a dream. However, her outlook changes when she meets a visitor from the past, Redman - a carnival barker from 1937. He helps put the pieces together so she can find Charlie and bring him back...with the use a candelabra of some unusual magic they travel back in time and unravel the mysteries of this curious dimension.

Overview
One has to wonder what is inside the mind of Writer and Director David Stanley that makes his thought come to life on screen. Candelabra is another one of his featured titles that comes across with a lengthy plot that will make you wonder . A cross between the Twilight Zone and soft porn, his twisted way of thinking drags out the movie just enough to explain the workings of his inner mind. I loved how Redman tries to cop a feel off of Kaylani and she pushes his hand away . His participation in the middle of the movie made sense and adding more of a "ghostly- like " presence reminding me of a demented clown. Kaylani character was pushed to the limit with all the supernatural going on's in her apartment.

Scene One: Kaylani & Chris Cannon

The scene opens to Chris and Kaylani sitting at the dinner table with her blowing out the candles on her birthday cake. Chris gives her his birthday gift. The slow romantic moving seduction ends up in the bedroom with Kaylani wearing the argyle thigh high stockings. The both go to town on the other giving and receiving oral, then she rides him CG with Chris then flipping her over for some missionary ending the scene giving her a facial.

Scene Two: Mika & Derrick Pierce

Summary: As I stated before... I've come to the conclusion that Candelabra is basically a episode of the Twilight Zone with alot of sex in it. Granted it was good, but there was way too much dialog in it. I literally can see a guy turning it off because of that reason where as a woman would continue watching for that reason. Sometimes a featured adult movie goes out of the way to cater to one genre of the population which is always a good thing. David Stanley did just that. Candelabra is made just for women. I like the fact that there is a lot of real kissing going on with the performers not that fake lizard kissing that you see in most porn and the fact that the passion/chemistry is very much a strong part of the title. All in all even with the lengthy dialog that went on.. I Recommend It solely for the fact that Candelabra is a taste of twilight zone meets porn..
