Extra's: The best extra here was the 12.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Luke Vance that showed a substantially subdued Skeeter Kerkove introducing some of the cast, a photoshoot with Brittney Skye, and several short segments with Skeeter and the cast having some fun with the movie (as well as a few awkward moments that I won't go into). There was also a photogallery and some trailers but that was it.

Audio/Video Quality: Brittney Skye: Rock Slut was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was directed in by Skeeter Kerkove for distribution by Nectar Entertainment. The fleshtones were very accurate, the lighting solid and the amount of grain on display minimal. Like other releases of his for First Strike, the movie looked a bit different than Skeeter's works for Metro and Private but not in a bad way mind you (just different). The shot compositions and other aesthetic aspects were reasonably well handled but the movie, like Skeeter in the BTS feature, seemed slightly off in terms of his usually ability to bring out the best in performers. There were few compression artifacts and no video noise present that I noticed either; another positive aspect of the production. The audio was basic this time with droning introductory music and then silence during the scenes except for the usual sex noises of the cast. Thankfully, I didn't hear a lot of direction on Skeeter's part; another positive.

Body of Review: Those who follow the gossip pages will probably know that director Skeeter Kerkove has gone through some hard times of late. The object of his worship, Bridgette Kerkove (his wife), has turned on him, her most loyal subject since starting porn. While I've never met the man for anything more than a brief howdy in passing, I've followed the guy's obsession for his wife and family closely enough that I doubt he is capable of doing what he's been accused of [Editor's note: Skeeter passed a lie detector test last week substantiating that he didn't do what his plastic surgery enhanced wife claimed.]. In any case, his latest movie is a release by Nectar Entertainment's First Strike label, Brittney Skye: Rock Slut. Initially, I thought the movie was a feature but it turned into a series of gonzo vignettes that had no plot, story, or acting outside the faked orgasms of the gals. Each scene has a gal doing anal after the usual other acts, all wearing some cool outfit akin to Skeeter's other movies although not as outlandish outfits if you catch my drift. Scene One: Brittney Skye, the bleach blond with implants on the front DVD cover, was up first in the same black bikini, metal collar, and thigh high vinyl boots, for her scene with Scott Nails in the bathroom. To say Brittney is a good cocksucker is sort of like saying I write a lot of reviews; it's a generally accepted fact of life and she did indeed do a swell job on the guy (who looks like he's been spending some time in the gym of late). This hampered my enjoyment of the action more than a little bit but I have long held a special place for her in my crotch for past work and the scene wasn't bad. Scene Two: Gabriella, a redhead with an all natural body, and Chris Charming, were upo next on a bed with red satin sheets. They made out by kissing as he rubbed her special spot (feeding her a taste from time to time) and my biggest complaint about her look was the eye shadow (it looked like Mimi's from the Drew Carey Show). Her oral was decidedly more energetic than I thought it would be when I watched her on the receiving end and the POV camera angle used intermittently was kind of cool too. She seemed ready to get vocal, uttering a few phrases from time to time but it was too little, too late for me. It ended with a facial too.

Scene Three: Georgia Star, a cute gal with powerful legs and a nice ass, was up next as she gave a very short show of her capabilities for the camera. She was then joined by Otto Bauer; a man with a plan for her all natural body. To me, she looked like an experienced stripper with a few pounds of her baby fat still sticking to her frame (a good thing here) and the weakest thing about the scene was how he kept blabbing the entire time. It was done in the perverted whispering manner some people like but I'd prefer the meat puppets to stay silent since I'm not working up a load on the voice of a guy. The POV blowjob was decent though and her ability to take the penis deeply inside her was actually superior to the other gals of the show, a surprise considering I'm not familiar with her. In all, she showed some passion and energy, making it a solid scene from her part (I hope to see more of her, and not just in my bed either).

Scene Four: Mia Bangg, a bleach blond wearing red lingerie and matching thigh high boots, was up next with tall (and balding) Trick Dixon. More tease on her part would've been a good idea since she had something going for her that wasn't quite on display. That said, she worked him orally in a decent fashion, with the camera getting a bit too close for comfort in my book (some slobber went on the lens). This was another gal that showed some untapped potential and her vaginal work was acceptable by my standards. She did manage to shine in the anal as though she had been taking large objects inside her ass for a long time, making me wonder if she'll try to break free of the pack and establish herself as an anal diva like a handful of others have done in the recent past. Given the state of the industry, there's plenty of room for more gals liking anal and she could be great with some minor work. In all though, she wasn't quite as good as she needed to be to turn the tide of the movie in favor of a higher rating.

Scene Five: Melissa Lauren, a brunette anal queen of the very finest caliper, was up last in a scene using some interestingly open shorts and bra top to showcase the reasons why fans like her so much. Her clear eyes, her sexual stamina, and her ability to milk a nut dry with a practiced effort and smile all make her the performer of the show to beat and Rick Masters, was just the guy to try and top the others with her. In terms of energy and chemistry, there were none in the cast that could touch her but as hard as she thrust herself on his penis; she lacked some of her usual passion. In all, it was a very good anal scene but the other aspects of the show seemed a bit less than she is capable of (best oral of the show though) and even as the best scene of the bunch, it could've been better.

Summary: Brittney Skye: Rock Slut had some good sex, decent technical values, and a cast of attractive gals that know how to please a man but they weren't at their best and even a fan like me has to have standards. I rated this one a Rent It for the various limitations it had but there was enough to enjoy to rate it higher if you want something slightly different than Skeeter's work for Metro Interactive or Private. I hope he gets his head straight about all the BS floating around out there about him and the lies, rumors, and slanders that seem to be freely displayed elsewhere but in terms of making gonzo porn, he's done better and a return to the admittedly perverted manner he has shown in the past will be appreciated by all. Check this one out if you get a chance, keeping in mind that he had to deal with several flakes according to his BTS comments in the extras section.
