Extras: The best extra was the 24:34 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. The cast and crew made a lot of jokes, little attention paid to making the feature especially linear but it was definitely entertaining, particularly when Mike Quasar arrived. Then came a photogallery, some trailers, and a pop shot compilation from the scenes. The cover was two sided and there was a slip case but the Blooper Reel lasting 6:46 minutes was also pretty decent, the cast flubbing their lines quite a bit.

Audio/Video Quality: Delinquents was presented in an anamorphic widescreen 1.78:1 as shot by directors Spock Buckton & Brian Bangs for Zero Tolerance. The standard definition version was encoded in MPEG-2 as expected and the video bitrate tended toward the high side with 6.2 Mbps when I spot checked it several times. Mike took care of "spiritual guidance" and Nate Liquor handled the cameras quite well, the look of the sex scenes very sharp and crisp just as the dialogue portions were just long enough (and funny enough) to add entertainment value. The lighting was proper to ensure the colors and fleshtones coming across well with the minimal video noise & grain never an issue during the sexual portions of the flick. The camera angles and editing (by Meat Ball) enhanced the look of the ladies too, resulting in just the right balance of what one should expect for this type of movie. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English, the sampling rate clocking in at 48 kHz with the audio bitrate set at 192 Kbps. The voices were sometimes on the low side but the special effects and music seemed balanced nicely with them, the overall aural experience on the modest side as expected but not a major area of contention in terms of weakening the final product.

Body of Review: Spock Buckton & Brian Bangs might be best known for their starring roles at the popular Pop Porn website but their directing gig at Zero Tolerance has really paid off in terms of making some of the most original porn comedies available. Their latest release is called Delinquents, my take on the flick is that it was a parody of another company's attempt at school sex earlier in the year. The ladies were physically appealing, especially Kagney Linn Karter and Lexi Belle, just as Tom Byron again proves he has what it takes to bring it home in his teacher role. Those of you that just want the sex will be happy that there was not a whole lot of dialogue going on too, the sexual elements played up compared to other fuck flicks in the genre. The back cover described the movie like this: "Good girls gone bad and answers the age old question of whether filthy girls just doing what comes naturally. These delinquents are stuck in detention for offering their asses around campus - and bad girls should be punished repeatedly for their naughty behavior! Rather than focus on lengthy dialogue of a meaningless nature (to offer what Mike Quasar calls "fast forward fodder"), it was kept simple and to the point here, never getting in the way of the sex to make this a lot of fun to watch, laugh, and yes, to get off to so I rated it as a minimum of a Recommended, even better if you are a fan of the specific cast pairings. In short, Delinquents proves that a little bit of silliness can elevate the replay value of a porno, the wisdom of starting off strong with a superior cast not lost on this reviewer.
