Lovers of barely legal girls may get some thrills from this third DVD centering on petite brunette cutie Brandi Belle. For a would-be starlet and centerpiece of a burgeoning series, BB exhibits little personality beyond a beguiling smile and a certain resemblance in the eyes to mainstream hottie Amy Smart.

Clearly doing whatever her director (J. Siberry) tells her to do -- we occasionally hear him giving instructions -- BB nevertheless seems to enjoy her work, be it giving a blow job, humping (men and women) or just exhibiting her boyish figure in lingering extreme closeups.

None of Brandi's co-stars are identified in the credits, though she names a few by way of introducing scenes. First up is her "friend Charity," a similarly young, thin and natural
girl. She and BB undress, sit side by side and masturbate, uttering barely a word. They make out, eat out, share a double-headed dildo and a strap-on, then welcome an anonymous guy into the proceedings. They both blow him and hump him and take a load jointly on their smiling faces.

It's downhill from there, with subsequent scenes involving: a very tanned brunette sharing dildos and vibrators with BB; a solo seg in which BB, telling the camera, "I know you guys like looking at my pussy," undresses and spreads for long, still takes; another lesbian encounter with a busy Latina in which BB remains clothed; and, finally, a somewhat funny vignette titled "The Penis Pump Challenge."

In this last seg, BB and a very pretty, non-porn-like brunette examine a pair of penis pumps, then try them out on two guys lying on the floor. Remembering the scientific method from junior high, the pretty girl takes a tape measure to the guys' limp dicks, measuring length and circumference, while BB dutifully takes notes and records the findings on a chart. (She takes no part in the sex.) We see the pump actually bringing the boys to life, after which they compete to see who can get himself harder and bigger faster. The lucky winner gets a blow job from the pretty girl, while the runnerup gets a hand job from her. This second guy remains inexplicably limp in this beauty's soft fist for way too long, apologizing by saying, "I usually do this alone." He's proof that performing on camera is not as easy as most men think. Laboring to get hard is not much of a turn-on to watch, either.

THE DVD

The five segments here are well lit and reasonably well captured by the videographers, with every nookie and cranny of Brandi Belle and her gal pals filling the widescreen picture. The music-free soundtrack, however, is regrettable: unless the mike is near a girl's head, most of what is said just floats up to the ceiling. Not that there's much to hear beyond giggling and a little moaning. You can detect more if you crank up your volume, but that's probably not a good idea when your wife or daughter is sleeping one room away while you do the hand jive.

The disc's main menu is a still-frame-filled affair offering Play All, Continuous Play and Extras. The menus for each of the five 14- to 30-minute segments offer chapter breaks helpfully labeled Start, Middle and End.

The extras include stills (nothing to spend time on); a link to Brandi Belle's web site; two very brief outtakes (in one, the penis pump girl tells the guy she's humming to give her a signal when he's about to cum); and trailers. When you first pop the disc into your player, a trailer for "Big Tits Round Asses 2" automatically plays before the main menu appears. That trailer reappears in the extras, along with previews for nine other Bang Bros. titles: "Ass Parade 11," "Starlet Hardcore," "Street Ranger 1" (in which "non-pro" girls are approached on the street), "Bang Bus 15," "Big Ass Adventure 2," "Every Last Drop," "MILF Soup," "Monsters
of Cock 10" and "Ball Honeys 7." Most trailers are fully explicit, but a couple coyly withhold the hardcore goods.

THE LAST WORD

Brandi Belle is undeniably cute and refreshing, but she doesn't do much here beyond the first segment. She's not up to the task of mistress of ceremonies, showing little personality or ease in front of the camera. Maybe she'll gain some chutzpah in subsequent installments. Only two of the five scenes on this DVD involve cocks, and none of the segs is particularly hot. A disappointment.
