Audio/Video Quality: Anal Paradise was presented in a crisp anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Kevin Moore for Evil Angel/Kevin Moore Productions. The camera angles and flesh tones for the ladies were solid this time, the lighting helping to make the show stand out in most cases compared to some of Kevin’s older works. There was a company watermark on the lower right hand corner of the screen all the time but the editing by Mel Phoenix helped distract me from paying too much attention to that fact, the quality casting of the ladies doing likewise. The audio was presented in stereo Dolby Digital English; the lack of separation and dynamic range meaning the audio was a bit flatter than hoped for. It was low end audio for the most part but given the gonzo niche of the movie, this is to be expected. The musical interludes were pretty decent though and added to the fun but they did not last long for those who care, some of the vocals set too low for me to hear even when the audio was maxed out.

Body of Review: Kevin Moore is a popular director at Evil Angel these days, his creative vision typically conveyed via excellent technical values and great casting in his scenes. His latest title coming out later this month is a compilation called Anal Paradise, a selection of five lengthy scenes from previous works at the company. With ladies like Bonnie Rotten, Remy LaCroix, Jada Stevens, and Skin Diamond (among others), I knew this would be a nice selection though I was concerned that the original movies weren’t listed on the cover or in the movie, something fans would definitely want to know in case they already had them. The company website described the movie like this: “Kinky niche porn director Kevin Moore has selected a big batch of his best butt fucks for a double-DVD showcase, and the result is “Anal Paradise.” Religious hypocrite Danny Wylde chastises provocatively dressed Gia DiMarco for exposing “the devil’s writing” (her tattoos), so Gia and busty alt girl Bonnie Rotten dominate and humiliate him, enjoying squirting ejaculations and glorious sodomy. In short, Anal Paradise lacked a listing of the titles used to populate the scenes of the movie but at least it was advertised as a compilation indirectly, the front cover claiming the content came “From Kevin’s Booty Archive” so if you haven’t seen these scenes before, by all means check this one out when it is released later this month.
