Extra's: As with almost all Vivid movies, the best extra was the five bonus scenes, three with Kody in them. I liked the 7.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Stotts (if Vivid's movies looked as good as some of their BTS features, I'd be jumping for joy) as well but it focused almost exclusively on Kody and was too short. There were also the usual Vivid extras, including trailers, a double sided DVD cover, a positions room, two photogalleries, and a mini-biography of Kody as well as too much spam.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the typical 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as expected. The picture suffered from low lighting and grain along with all the other problems caused by those factors. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't watch the sex but it wasn't anything near as good as I think Vivid are capable of. The audio was presented in the same stereo English they always use but the same limitations also apply; the separation was minimal and the dynamic range limited. This is one area where Vivid needs to spend some effort improving (the technical factors) since doing it right shouldn't cost much more than doing it like this.

Body of Review: Kody was one of Vivid's contract performers that appealed to men who like lean, young gals, rather than the generic style of gal they typically employ. She was cute in the girl next-door sort of way but also appealed to the pervert in all of us, giving her a unique niche amongst her peers at Vivid. She has since left Vivid in something of a contract dispute but her movies are still finding their way to the market, with the latest being Night Stick. The movie involved Kody as a cop that has found herself married to a shady character (played by Eric Masterson). As she regains her memory, she finds that something is afoot but will she discover it in time or will she find out the hard way that life sucks? If you're a fan of the cast, particularly Kody, read the following scene breakdown by cast:

Scene One: Kody, one of Vivid's cutest contract performers a few years back, and Eric, had a scene in bed. He started off by licking the sole of her foot and then her crotch to warm her up a bit. She responded as expected, with the usual moans and groans, before returning some oral action on his medium sized penis. They then cut to him boning her in several positions before the scene abruptly ended (without a pop shot of any kind). I like Kody but this scene had her acting far too passively for me to appreciate her.

Scene Two: Malitia, a busty blonde with a nice ass, and Steven, played a waitress and cook at a small roadside restaurant. After Kody saves them from a robber, they go to the alley to bone. He ate her out from behind, spending lots of time on her ass, and then she returned the favor with a short blowjob. They screwed with most of their clothes on but it looked like a made-for-cable scene until the ending pop shot on her ample ass.

Scene Three: Briana, one of Vivid's current stars, and her boy toy, Bobby, had a scene in a motel room bed. The two had some chemistry together and the energy showed as they went down on one another and savored the moment more often than not. The sex didn't last very long, probably because they had too much fun too soon, and he ended up popping a decent sized load onto her body.

Scene Four: Kody and Roxanne had a lesbian scene in bed next. The scene seemed to go on for a long time, a fact I appreciated, with the two thoroughly enjoying the action in a number of positions. The contrast between Kody's lean body and Roxanne's curvy (more womanly) figure was pretty hot for me. They didn't use toys on one another though and I kind of wanted some toy action.

Scene Five: Kody and Malitia double-teamed Eric in bed next. I think the positioning here was kind of hot, especially when they were eating one another out but Kody took a back seat (no, not anal sex) here in most of the scene, allowing Malitia and Eric to take control of one another. She assisted a bit and offered up her pussy for licking but that was all she really did worth mentioning.

Summary: I enjoy watch Kody in all her movies but she seemed to be somewhat less energetic this time and the movie suffered as a result. I'm going to be a sport and rate this one as a Rent It to Kody's legions of fans but others will likely want to pass it up as another title that just didn't work out. The technical issues were the biggest pain but even the editing and other factors seemed to blame here, as if too many corners were cut to churn this one out quickly, and cheaply.
