Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame color. The first scene looked very clear and the rest varied a lot with too much grain being the norm rather than the exception. The color oversaturation wasn't as bad in all the scenes here as I've seen on other compilations and for the most part, all the scenes were watchable. The sound was in stereo/mono with no noticeable separation between the channels. Yeah, the music was too loud in many cases but not as often as some of Vivid's features.

Review: Vivid compilations come out at a rate that amazes even a porn hound like me. If you blink, you'll miss a dozen more. That said, they do put out a lot of decent values-given that they are often priced very competitively. In the latest Vivid compilation, Hair Ball, the premise is to show women who don't shave all their crotch hair. I'm told that porn women shave to look younger and because directors insist they do so to make shooting the sex scenes easier but it could well do with helping to keep lice infections down too. In any case, here's what you get from this compilation.

You get 20 scenes totally nearly four hours of footage. The scenes have mostly had all the talking parts edited out so you won't need to be bothered by poor acting. They also had a lot of women who did shave or at least trim their pubic areas although all the women had some hair down there if that's why you want to see these scenes. The majority of the scenes had lots of oral and the rest of the sex consisted of straight vaginal sex with a condom but a number of the scenes had some heat to them-surprisingly often I might add-with a range in years from 1994 to 2001 (I believe).

Without boring you to death, think of this one as a run of the mill average compilation. Sure, there were some attractive women, most of them were somewhat attractive or better, but the technical stuff limited the absolute value of this one-good thing it can be found cheaply online. To be fair, I think it rates a Rent It given the fuck for your buck quotient but don't expect extreme sex or hairy women.
