Ninn Worx Project's Lost Angels is a plotless adult film that moves stylishly from once sex scene to another. The style is akin to that of the films of Andrew Blake—sensuous imagery often presented in slow motion, with pulsing, jazzy scores, and with a focus on the striptease. As with Blake, you get gorgeous girls in ideal settings. You get expensive-looking toys andcreative costumes. The difference with this Ninn Worx production (compared to a Blake production) is that you're more likely to see hardcore sex. Although there are scenes of slow-mo masturbation, there are also some absolutely delicious sex scenes in this film. The downside is that some of these scenes, as with other Ninn Worx titles, are irritating in their spastic editing and MTV-style imagery.

Scene 1

Here's a nice hetero scene that boasts terrific fellatio and cunnilingus to start things off, then moves to sensuous sex in several positions. The dirty talk gets repetitive, but the camera angles are many and varied—perhaps too much so. Ninn's films have always have a case of spastic editing, and this scene is a mild case of that. Grade: B-

Scene 2

This scene begins as a photo shoot, in which a brunette poses and pouts, and fingers herself for the camera. Soon, an odd-looking bearded fellow joins the party and gives the girls some tongue. There's just something about a beard and glasses that's totally distracting. The dude looks like a thin Kevin Smith in there, for God's sake. After she blows him, they proceed to some reverse cowgirl, doggy, missionary, and bang. Grade: C

Scene 3

At a poolside photo shoot, two women perform brief stripteases, pouting for the camera, and soon they're peeling each other's clothes off. Excellent cunnilingus follows, from front and behind, and the favor is returned. Unfortunately, this one ends too abruptly. It could have been fantastic, if only they'd gotten in that pool! Grade: B

Scene 4

A leather-clad brunette gyrates and poses in from of a diner, on and off a vintage car, and soon a guy is licking her asshole while she hangs off the car. Not too much later, she's swallowing his massive pole, and then they're proceeding with a great standing doggy fuck, then a reverse cowgirl and missionary. This is a very good, complete scene, probably the best in the film. Grade: A-

Scene 5

Two guys disrobe a brunette, and uh oh, we're heading toward that most loathsome of threesomes—two dudes and a gal. Their tongues are all over her for a while, and then she blows one guy while getting pummeled from behind. The sex moves through a few positions, and the AAAH! The dreaded double penetration. Well, that's just obscene. You know, unless you're into that kind of thing. The scene does end with a nice double blow. Grade: C-

VIDEO/AUDIO PRESENTATION

This is a full-frame presentation that boasts good sharpness and detail. The director has a lot of stylistic and lighting tricks up his sleeve, but this transfer brings them across accurately. Colors are quite good, often purposefully oversaturated. The audio presentation shines, even though it's merely a stereo mix. The low end is powerful, coming through primarily in the energetic score.
