Special Features: The only quality extra is the behind the scenes featurette which lasts roughly ten minutes. The rest of the extras are complete crap: a photo gallery, a few trailers, and some commercials. Hustler really should look at what other studios are doing and put some bonus scenes on their discs.

Audio/Video Quality: This release was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as are most titles shot for Hustler. I've always found Hustler to be in the middle of the pack as far as video quality goes. Not as crisp as the higher end studios, but definitely adequate for an adult DVD. There was only the slightest pixilation/edge enhancement present, and when there were flaws they were not enough to distract you. The color palette was very warm and provided extremely lifelike hues. Shadows were never an issue as there was ample lighting used. The audio was in 2.0 stereo and sounded fine with decent separation. If you've ever seen another Hustler release you know what to expect.

Scene 1 – Jennifer & Carole. Inside a busy hospital, Jennifer is waiting for a routine checkup. She is taken into a room by Carole (the nurse) and two doctors. Of course the checkup requires Jennifer to take her clothes off. They all start to get touchy-feely and before you know it everyone is performing oral on each other. After the oral, they split into pairs and start to fuck. Both girls take a solid pounding in several different positions. My one complaint was that the camera did not focus one couple and chose to show both couples at the same time. This created a very distant view of the action. The scene ends with each girl taking a sloppy cumshot to the face. Despite the issues with the camerawork, it was a solid opening scene.

Scene 2 - Suzanne. Suzanne is a slender brunette with an unbeatable body. As all good nurses do, Suzanne was checking on her patients. Things get a little carried away as her patient, and the patient next door, start to grab and grope Suzanne. The action might not have been as wild as the other scenes but there were a tangible passion between the two of them that the camera really picked up on.

Scene 4 – Bianca & Clara. Another scene starring two hot nurses – one blonde, one brunette. As the scene starts the girls are making the beds in a hospital room. They start to act a little silly and before you know it they are having a sexy pillow fight. Some clothes start to come off and the girls are officially in the middle of a lesbian love fest. They perform some oral on each other while laying the bed. After each girl has a turn being the center of attention, they break out the sex toys (what kind of hospital is this??). They violate each other's poons in a few different positions before the scene ends. The girls really seemed to like each other and it created some really passionate lesbian action.

Scene 5 - Patricia. In the last scene, two doctors are sitting at a table chatting when Patricia walks in. They flirt a little and then the guys make their big moves. They start to grope Patricia's ass and finger her pussy. All hot and bothered, Patricia goes down to her knees and gives the guys a great blowjob - there was a lot of drooling and face-fucking. Final Thoughts: The whole nurse theme doesn't really add much to the scenes, but the action is still quite good. Hustler did a fantastic job of selecting girl who not only look amazing, but also display great attitudes. There really aren't any scenes that are "fillers", and that's always the sign of a good DVD. Don't buy this DVD because you're expecting to buy into the naughty nurse idea, buy it because it contains some lighthearted, but intense, fucking action. Good job Hustler.
