Extra's: The best extra for most people watching the double disc set will be the 16 minutes of bonus sex footage deleted from the original scenes. Much of it was well shot and the addition of more material on top of the already extensive movie will please many who are into quality AND quantity in their porn (not everyone gets free porn these days, contrary to the opinions a few critics seem to have). The next best extra was the 32 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Jake Malone. It showed how serious some of the gals were about taking the pain (and receiving it) as well as some of the preparations involved in getting such performances out of the gals. There was extra sex, some funny anecdotes, and creative editing to make it fresh and fun to watch. Audio/Video Quality: Rookie Pussy was presented in the standard 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as most porn is shot these days, by director Jake Malone for Evil Angel. The picture was decent and showed some improvement over older releases at Red Light District by Jake with often nice lighting, solid composition of most shots (making the women look more appealing than usual), and good fleshtones; looking as technically solid as any of his peers in the Evil Angel stable; often better. Jake kept his rough edge and raw energy at full levels while addressing my concerns nicely, marking it as a turning point in his favor if he can keep the momentum going. The specific thing about this title that drew my attention was that it was his first point of view (POV) title under his new contract, with Jake serving up the format nearly as well as the more experienced peers of his from elsewhere, showing the old pervert to be learning from the best in the industry. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English and was generally well done although it wasn't anything out of the ordinary for a gonzo production. I could hear the gals moan, groan, and talk dirty so I was pleased with it but there wasn't any separation between the channels and the dynamic range wasn't all that great either.

Body of Review: Jake Malone is one of the most offbeat guys directing for Evil Angel these days. He doesn't shy away from rough stuff or pushing the limits of his cast, sometimes going too far for my tastes but usually getting some solid performances for those of you into his brand of hardcore action. His latest release is Rookie Pussy: Special Extended Set; an extremely lengthy movie lasting over FIVE HOURS on the double disc set, focusing on gals with relatively limited experience in porn. As in all things, some of the gals displayed far more polished acts but each of them added something different, giving a wide array of material to inspire fans to do what comes naturally. So, if you're a fan of newcomers getting pushed to their limits by a perverted guy like Jake, this might serve you really well given the appeal of the gals on one level or another. Here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Granted, a couple needed something different in them to provide the same kind of heat I like to see and the chemistry wasn't always top notch but given the sheer amount of footage that will cater to so many different fans of gonzo (face it, there were circus performers, college coeds from Houston, women that were programmed for porn, and some very physically attractive ladies in most cases), I elevated the rating ever so slightly to give it a Highly Recommended. The amount of replay and strokability, extras, and technical qualities gave it the kind of fuck for the buck value you simply don't find too often these days in porn, making Rookie Pussy: Special Extended Set a tremendous value as a result.
