The Movie:

The ongoing theme of this recent release from Belladonna, Girl Train 2, is girl on girl on girl daisy chain action. Each of the five scenes on this release is a hardcore lesbian three-way and so there are plenty of different forms of insertion and oral kink to keep things moving along nicely. This shot on digital video production looks pretty clean presented here in a reasonably stable non-anamorphic 1.78.1 widescreen presentation. There is some mild edge enhancement in a couple of spots and a noticeable bit of mpeg compression evident throughout in the darker scenes – some moments are lit better than others, a few only seem to use flashlights, which is an interesting tactic. Skin tones look nice and natural, the compositions are dead on (though some of the camera work in a couple of spots is quite shaky), and aside from the fact that this digital video production looks like a digital video production and as such suffers from the minor defects usually associated with the format, everything looks as good as you’d realistically expect it to.

Sound:

The Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround track is quite sufficient. The dialogue comes through cleanly and clearly as do all of the moans and groans. There is no background music used anywhere during the feature aside from the opening credits and the levels do tend to fluctuate quite a bit from scene to shining scene but aside from that there isn’t much to whine about here. The audio is fine.

Extras:

Disc one features animated menus, chapter selection and a still gallery for the four scenes on the disc.

Disc two features animated menus, chapter selection and a lengthy behind the scenes documentary that clocks in at one hundred and sixty eight minutes in length! That’s right, there’s a three hour documentary on here that takes us behind the scenes of each of the four vignettes that make up the content of disc one. Most of what you’ll see here is interview footage with the girls, clips of them relaxing backstage and prepping for their scenes and more or less just hanging out and having a good time. Sometimes they’re clothed, occasionally they’re naked. There’s no alternate sex footage in here or anything, just a lot of conversational style, low key discussion. Honestly, as pretty as these girls are and as genuinely cool as a lot of them seem, this is a bit much. By the time they start playing with their cell phones and going through laundry bags you’ll have probably had enough but for those who just can’t get enough, this’ll go over well. It all ends with Dana DeArmond and her pals nude in the tent drinking Coronas. That’d probably be a good time, now that I think about it...

Final Thoughts:

Girl Train 2 is seriously hot stuff. Each of the four main scenes on the first disc is sexy as hell and well performed by a great cast. The documentary that comes with the set on the second disc is overkill but some might enjoy it more than others. The content on the first disc makes this all worthwhile, however, and the release comes highly recommended.
