Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in "16 x 9 Widescreen Format" and was made to look like it was done on film, rather than video. I have mixed thoughts about this since I generally prefer my porn to look very well lit so I can see all the action. In this case, the movie makes good use of this particular camera trick but feature porn doesn't usually make the best use of such tricks. The fleshtones were accurate, the colors well shot, and the dvd transfer very well done with no noticeable artifacts. The audio was in Dolby Digital 5.1 stereo and the vocals were very clear. The music was interesting but too loud at times. In all, the picture and sound were very well done.

Body of Review: Most porno movies are made on tiny budgets and for the sole purpose of providing inspiration for guys to pleasure themselves with. While not exactly a noble goal, it obviously is what a lot of folks are looking for, given the size of the market. As some porn producers look beyond that limited goal, trying to made something more entertaining than the usual in-and-out flick, those of us that have been jaded by the mass quantities of "product" seem to appreciate those few efforts by companies like Wicked Pictures and Digital Playground that look beyond the norm. In the latest release from Digital Playground, No Limits, we get to see what amounts to a good thriller, with hot sex.

The movie borrows heavily from the mainstream movie, The Game but adds some of Nic's own flair as well. Devon stars as a women in a rut with her husband Cheyne and he seeks a means to recapture some of the spark they had when they first hooked up. Throw in some kidnappers that really don't care whether or not Devon lives, and you have the basis for a good movie, not just a good porn movie. The sex scenes were too short for my liking but each of them was pretty hot and enjoyable to watch. The company pulled out all the stops to make the movie part of this one as good as the sex and even introduce new star Jesse Jane in her first scene. If you're just looking for a typical porno, the well-done story will be wasted on you but I strongly suggest you watch it straight through at least once in order to see what the market is capable of. Here's a breakdown of the scene by cast member:

Scene One: Brittney, a cute blonde with large implants, and Herschel, the guy with the "dirty dick", had a scene in an office setting. The sex was only oral and straight but it was warm for being so short.

Scene Two: Devon, also known as "Double Bubble" and the gal in the middle of the front dvd cover, had a solo scene on a couch while watching a montage of various scenes (shown in the extras section). Yum!

Scene Three: Jessica and Jesse, the gals on the left and right of Devon on the front dvd cover, had a scene together. This was advertised as Jesse's first scene ever and the two looked great in the dark office. Lots of licking went on and then a glass dildo was used. The bonus sex footage contained some more of this one but I wished it lasted longer.

Scene Four: Jessica, the hotty from the last scene, and Cheyne, had a hot scene together while Devon, who was all tied up, had to watch. The two had fun and this was probably the best scene I've ever seen him in. Yeah, it wasn't the most graphic sex you'll find in an adult movie, but that's to the Director's credit. Oral and straight only yet lots of chemistry.

Scene Five: Devon, looking more earthy after being held captive, did her then real life boyfriend, Barrett, who looked better than ever (he had a ski mask on) in an industrial room. The two looked good together in the sense that the sex fit the scene and was fun to watch. There was some tease factor too.

Scene Six: Devon and Jessica, two of my favorite performers in porn, had a lesbian scene together. The gals were hot together and showed at least as much chemistry and heat together as anyone else here. Jessica has that effect on people and I can't recall a single time when she's let me down with her performance. Lots of oral action to enjoy here.

Summary: The movie is now on my short list for choices to recommended for those who are new to porn or not heavy consumers of it. I think it's worth a rating of Highly Recommended due to the combination of sex, story, acting, direction, and production values although I recognize that some of you will think it less worthy since there's more story than sex. I remember waiting in line to get into the opening day of the 2003 AVN show, having to suffer through the trailer for this one about a hundred or more times. Thankfully, the movie wasn't as repetitive and I'm keeping it for my personal collection (I also got to meet the very lovely ladies that starred in this one that day and if you think they look hot in the movie…whew!).
