Audio/Video Quality: Bailey Blue Wide Open was presented in the same 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen the scenes were originally shot in by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel. The quality of the visuals were good but stylish here, the lighting and editing combined with steady camera work to make this one harder to describe. Individual scenes were shot in such a way to put forth a light story, some of the editing looking a lot like some of Dana Vespoli’s features of late. I thought they worked well with the minimalist storyline but this was not your typical gonzo outing and I figured you should know about it. The company watermark was also prominent in the lower right corner, something I do not generally care about though many of my readers do. The audio was offered up in 2.0 Dolby Digital English but there was no separation noticed that I could figure out, and the dynamic range was pretty limited too; the scenes coming from quickly shot gonzo; the guerilla shooting style favored by pornographers everywhere.

Body of Review: Manuel Ferrara is one of the most sought after performers in the industry, his directorial efforts at Evil Angel always starting off with an edge thanks to his participation in front of the camera. His latest release making it my way for review is Bailey Blue Wide Open, a showcase for hotty Bailey Blue to do it all, do it in abundance, and have a great time with a variety of partners such as Sovereign Syre and Lea Lexis. Having seen Bailey in a number of smoking hot scenes, many at Evil Angel and other high end gonzo companies, I knew going into this single disc title that it would be a lot of fun. Taking a note from the mainstream Pygmalion story, Bailey Blue is picked up off the street and transformed into a perfect slut, the limited evolution plotline focusing more on her sexual expansion than anything else.

Summary: Bailey Blue Wide Open by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel had almost two and a half hours of footage, the director doing a great job of showcasing sexy Bailey Blue so I rated it as Highly Recommended. I’m not usually a huge fan of showcase releases that are so heavy on using circus act sex but Bailey really brought it here and made this a winner, a stroke flick catering to her nasty side really well. In short, Bailey Blue Wide Open was a single disc release but well worth picking up if you like Bailey Blue, those who do not yet might well be convinced that her antics merit more attention though as the sexy young lady did it all in style so check it out.
