Perhaps it was for the best that director Mike John left for greener pastures at Red Light District, because if Nice Rack 9 is any indication, John was ready for a change because this is one of the few Mike John titles I have seen that is almost totally devoid of energy.

Things start nicely enough, with busty blonde newcomer Avy Scott (easily the cutest girl on this disc) getting it on with Jon Dough (easily the least cute person on this disc!). After Jon fingers her a bit, he positions himself above her so he can feed his cock into her mouth. Then he positions her over him for some reverse cowgirl penetration, followed by missionary, doggy and cowgirl before he unloads on her tits. Some of the cum seems to get in her mouth, but there is no evidence of any swallowing by Avy.

Scene two is an all-black coupling between Destiny Diamond and Lexington Steele. While I didn't find Destiny particularly attractive, I will admit that their scene has the most energy of any other on this title, with the two performers really going at each other and seemingly enjoying what they are doing. There's a lot of tit-sex here (rubbing cock in between the girl's breasts) and the segment ends with Lex giving it to her in the missionary position, pulling out and rising up to jerk his load onto her tits.

Scene three is a POV (point of view) scene with the director himself getting some action from a reasonably cute black-haired girl named Danley who has a nice pair of 34Ds. The fact that this is a POV scene throughout means that viewers can really put themselves in the position of the male, so the whole segment has almost a virtual feel to it.

Next up is Kiwi, a black 19-year-old who gets into a threesome here with Lexington Steele and Erik Everhard. I've seen Kiwi on other DVDs and have enjoyed the majority of her performances, but I didn't care for this threesome, although Kiwi does get a lot of credit for swallowing a total of four loads at the end of the scene – two from each of the guys.

Easily the least arousing scene of Nice Rack 9, the next to last segment is a threesome between Asian performer Loni (whom this reviewer has never liked in any scene, to be honest) and males John Strong and Jon Dough. The good news (for some viewers at least) may be that Loni gets both anal and a double penetration in this scene and even swallows the cum from the guys at the end – but here's a girl whom I just don't find appealing, so I guess I'm more than a little biased when it comes to watching her in action – although I'm sure there will be others who think she is great.

Finally we have blonde-haired Brittney Star who gives us a nice closing scene and makes sure this title isn't a total waste. She's paired with Erik Everhard, and during the second half of their scene, Erik starts penetrating her ass with a few of her fingers and the viewer quickly realizes that he is loosening her up for some anal fun. The scene ends with easily the best facial shot of the disc, as Erik unloads a huge amount of cum onto her upper lip and nose!

Anabolic has never been a studio known for their bonus features, but they provide a healthy dose of trailers on this DVD (27 in all), a slide show and the option of watching the main presentation with or without background music. Granted, this doesn't garner the disc a huge extras rating, the trailers will give viewers a good look at some of the other material (the vast majority better than what you'll see on this DVD) that is available from the studio.

This one's a close call for me, because I'm a fan of both director Mike John and Anabolic Studios. However, compared to other material directed by John, as well as the vast majority of other DVDs from Anabolic, I'm going to have to recommend a pass on this one. Pick up one of the earlier volumes in the Nice Rack series if you're interested in seeing some really entertaining big breast action.
