Extra's: The best extra for me was the 8 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It wasn't all inclusive of the women and things happening backstage but it was a decent slice of life. The other extras included biographies of the women and a photogallery with some spam on the side.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color that it was shot in and has been the industry standard for years. I've seen a lot of weaker movies from Legend but this one looked pretty solid on average with only some grain and minor video noise getting in the way of the fun. The last scene did have some weird lighting but it wasn't all that bad, just different, and didn't cause the scene to lose any major points. The audio was presented in PCM (pulse code modulated) stereo with little separation or dynamic range but for low-end porn, it wasn't bad.

Body of Review: Legend Video has long been a player in the porn market by releasing a number of titles that grab the consumer's attention, and wallet, so it should come as no surprise that their latest effort, Dear Whore 3, follows in their long standing tradition. They aren't known for making the best features or having the most extreme gonzo productions but they often showcase some of the hottest performers on the market before other companies get a hold of them. In this release, director Jerome Tanner sets up a variety of vignettes where the cast pretend to be famous whores that read letters from fans and detractors alike. If this seems interesting to you, read the following breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Gia, playing a character known as "Tori Anus", showed off her assets after reading a gag letter. She then worked in a soup kitchen feeding those less fortunate. Joel was her first customer that claimed to have gone without for three days; without tasting pussy. That's a problem with reviewing lots of porn, you get used to seeing the best, and worst, of a lot of companies and that leaves some of the mid and lower level companies wanting. I think Legend offers a lot of pretty good porn and this one is worth a rating of Recommended based on the three solid scenes but that's a bit generous so if you aren't a fan of the cast, rent it first. It has some good material to watch with lots of replay value but the overall experience was uneven.
