Extra's: The best extra this time were the five bonus scenes, three of which had Taya starring in them. The 8.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature was pretty good too and trailers, two photogalleries, a positions room, a short Taya biography, double-sided DVD cover, and some spam rounded out the extras.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, the industry standard for years. While it won't win any awards, it looked a lot better than Vivid's other recent releases, even though it was made a couple of years ago. There was grain and some video noise but the lighting wasn't bad and the picture looked pretty good. The audio was a bit weaker than average but not bad either and presented in stereo English.

Body of Review: Movies about porn stars trying to live normal lives are plentiful these days and have been a staple since the beginning of the industry. In the latest such release, Gloves Off, Vivid's director David Stanley, shows Taya as a gal trying to live her life with Eric, hiding her secret from him as a former Vivid performer. The plot was minimal and the acting somewhat weak but the sex was generally pretty solid for a Vivid release and fans of the cast will enjoy it a lot. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action for those who care:

Scene One: Taya, after beating up on Eric, has him start fingering her pussy. They move to the bedroom and he slowly screws her in several positions before she blows him and jerks him off to completion. The scene was well lit and not bad sexually so fans of Taya's will enjoy it at least a little bit.

Scene Two: Taya, still looking fit and fine, started off this scene by mutually masturbating TJ on a mattress. She then took his member into her mouth and sucked away before he turned the tables on her and ate at the Y. They then screwed, with her pumping her ass up and down on his small penis before jerking off to her chest.

Scene Three: Ava, a beautiful blonde with a lean body, initiated some sex with Cheyne on a couch this time. She blew him, using her hands to add friction, and slobbered all over it as she coaxed an even bigger erection out of him. They then boned in a number of positions, displaying a fairly solid amount of energy between them. I liked the scene a lot and except for her jerking him off with her feet at the end, it was pretty straightforward.

Scene Four: Michelle, a busty blonde, and Eric, had a scene in bed while Taya filmed them. She proved she had some solid oral skills and then jerked him off with her feet before masturbating in front of him. The couple screwed somewhat energetically before he deposited a load onto her tongue (missing it much of the time). It was also a decently made scene.

Scene Five: Taya, wearing a school-girl outfit for effect, did Cheyne, first using her feet to jerk him off and then giving him a lengthy blowjob to get him ready for the screwing portion of the scene. It was okay and it ended when he jerked off onto her feet. I noticed a lot of foot play here and fans of foot fetish will likely enjoy this whole movie a lot.

Summary: Sometimes you enjoy a movie that really isn't all that great and this is one such time. I enjoy features and while the cast wasn't exactly my top picks for such a release, they did a decent job and it proved that Director David Stanley could make a decent movie when he wants to. Fans of foot fetish action will also enjoy this one since there seemed to be a lot of it taking place but the premise on the front cover about boxing wasn't really integral to the show, so don't expect a Rocky theme going on. I'm going to rate this one as a Rent It for the sex but if you like foot sex, it'll easily be worth more to you.
