Audio/Video Quality: MILF Performers of the Year 2015 was presented in a decent 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as released by director Pat Myne for Elegant Angel. The camera work by editor Sid Knox was again solid with plentiful lighting to eliminate grain, video noise and shadows so the picture appeared to be in line with previous volumes, the white backgrounds focusing all attention on the performers. The 2.0 AC3 codec English track was pretty basic with little separation or dynamic range yet I could hear the cast well enough in most cases, the music sounding like the same tune used in the older titles of the series (this spin off derived from the POTY adding a MILF component only).

Body of Review: Pat Myne has been performing and directing porn for decades now, the man helping discover some of the biggest names in the industry over the years. He nows directs for Elegant Angel and his latest title making it to me is called MILF Performers of the Year 2015, a spinoff of the popular series garnering so may awards and nominations in the past. This one focusing on the popular MILF genre, most of the ladies present were definitely heavy hitters in the field, MILF of the Year India Summer, perennial MILF hotty Julia Ann, sexual dynamo Veronica Avluv, personal favorite Ava Addams, and perhaps the only questionable choice of the list (who was also left off the front cover), cutie Allison Moore, making for a very strong selection overall. In keeping with related past titles, the format was simple enough as the ladies would be interviewed in a white room wearing their lingerie, a tease montage was mixed in, and then the music would stop to see them have sex with the male available that day. While very common now to the point of being generic, this approach allows a level playing field over companies that give some performers a better montage or longer tease, the interviews always interrupting the flow of the pacing for many of us. Out of this group, I felt Ava Addams stole the show even if Julia Ann came in a close second, my personal belief that in years past, the titular series was promoted as a look forward to who company pundits thought would be the picks of the year rather than a look backward as this one did, the same dynamic deployed to promote younger ladies and showcase titles that everyone else has started doing too. In short then, MILF Performers of the Year 2015 was a fine outing of more experienced ladies having fun in a back to basics approach, perhaps future volumes again taking up the mantle to project future winners instead of being content with the road already traveled so check this one out and let me know what you think of it.
