Extra's: The best extra was the 13.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Skeeter Kerkove that spent almost as much time with Otto and cameraman Jim Powers as the hotties. There was a lot of humor, nudity, and some anecdotes worth watching at least once; presented in letterboxed widescreen. There was also a cumshot recap, a photogallery, a bunch of trailers, and some spam as well as a double sided DVD cover (other covers on the reverse side only though).

Audio/Video Quality: Heart Breakers 1 was presented in a 1.85:1 ratio non-anamorphic widescreen letterbox color that looked nice in most ways as directed by Otto Bauer for release by Mach 2/Supercore. In his favor, Otto wisely used the substantial talents of Jim Powers and Skeeter Kerkove on cameras and assisting with the other technical matters so with that kind of wealth of technical knowledge helping him, it really shouldn't be a surprise that the fleshtones looked accurate, the composition of the camera angles enhanced the looks of the cast, and the amount of grain and video noise was minimal (Skeeter also took care of lighting from what I understand). I had recently inquired as to what happened to Skeeter as I missed his movies (the guy does a fine job directing) so I'm glad he has found a way to continue to make movies of reasonably decent caliper. I saw no compression artifacts either and this led me to think the DVD mastering was well handled too. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital English with no separation worth mentioning on the vocal aspects of the movie but the music was pretty darned good even if a few more lines might've helped keep it from sounding repetitive.

Body of Review: Otto Bauer is sometimes referred to as a lucky bastard because in addition to being a well respected porn stud, he's also married to Audrey Hollander and has a career in directing developing as I type this review. His latest DVD release distributed on his Supercore line by Mach 2 is Heart Breakers 1; a tribute to those hussies that helped us break the hearts of loved ones that did us wrong. The emphasis was on oral and anal sex (though not all had it here) with the skimpiest of set ups providing the impetus for the scenarios in question. Here's a brief glimpse at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Jayda Diamonds, the gal featured on the front DVD cover in the white thong, was up for some revenge sex when her boyfriend went to a massage parlor so she called up a male escort service to have unprotected anal sex; Otto Bauer showing up magically within minutes. After a cute introduction, she started slobbing his knob with a flair reserved for gals with lots of experience, licking his balls and diddling herself as throatfucked his shaft. They started with vaginal penetration as she impaled herself on his cock rapidly, him spanking her fleshy cheeks as they rippled from her bouncing. Summary: Heart Breakers 1 wasn't the most evenly heated release by Mach 2 but it had some good sex that most straight men will find strokable with a range of ladies that many will find physically appealing. The levels of fuck for the buck, the moderate extras (though how the guys got on the subject of the comic book hero The Creeper, I'll never know), and the technical values were such that I figured Heart Breakers 1 was worth at least a Rent It. It wasn't the best work I've seen by director Otto Bauer but it showed his evolution a bit and my belief is that he'll grow over time as a result of such smaller efforts like this one.
