Extra's: The best extra this time was a 31.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Jax that gave all the gals a chance at the limelight. It was interesting hearing what they had to say and seeing them in various stages of preparation for their scenes was fun too. There was also a 20 minute long photoshoot with covergals Yazmene Milan and August in their bikinis that was nice to watch. Additionally, there were four trailers, a photogallery, some cast biographies, and spam in the extras section.

Audio/Video Quality: No Man's Land: Latin Edition #6 was presented in a very appealing anamorphic widescreen with a 1.85:1 aspect ratio. The fleshtones were very accurate, the focus sharp, and the lighting nicely handled in the movie, making me almost believe the advertised "Hi-Def" on the front DVD cover. The composition of the camera angles was pleasing in most cases and the women have rarely looked this good although there was some pattern noise when fishnet stockings were worn by the gals. I saw no compression artifacts or video noise so even the mastering of the DVD appeared to be above average. The stereo English audio track was nothing special, with most of the gals barely saying a word other than the usual moaning and groaning. The music was light and unobtrusive but I would've liked to hear the gals use dirty talk as they did one another and most of the music seemed to come from the right side speakers instead of being equally distributed.

Body of Review: We've probably all seen some lipstick lesbian sex in our lives given the amount of it in modern day porn. Some of it is blazing hot while other scenes make even the least jaded of us wince at how lame it appears but there being a market for everything, I can't blame so many companies from trying new things in this genre. One of the longest running series of lesbian porn is No Man's Land and the latest release in the line is a specialty volume, No Man's Land: Latin Edition #6, where Hispanic women took the stage and had some often heated antics on camera with little story line to get in the way. Here's a breakdown of the action by cast, noting that no men had sex here except maybe your humble reviewer:

Scene One: The Lovers: August, Megan Martinez, and Yazmene Milan, were up first in an outdoor setting that had Yazmene take charge of her two friends. All of them looked great and those who enjoy youthful gals will thrill to see Megan here but the other two were in fine form as well. They did some toe and foot sucking as well but the general heat of the scene, while not flaming hot, was very warm indeed. The gals used toys a little bit but nothing as brazen as the huge toys weaker productions feel the need to employ. In all, I liked this scene a lot.

Scene Two: The Priestess: Eva Angelina, playing a priestess in see through garb, approached curvy cutie Valeria Herrera, who was laying down naked before her. After some mumbo jumbo prayer by Eva, the two began the sexual aspects of the scene, complete with licking, rubbing and toys; all done in a heated and passionate manner. To be frank about it, the mechanics of the scene didn't interest me much since I thought they had as much fun as I did, and the value of such a scene, aside from the beauty of the gals, is in how well they clicked together. In short, this was another good scene.

Scene Three: Fortune: Leah Lane and Mikayla, playing a couple of Latina gals on a couch, soon found the lights to be going out as they were doing their fortune telling act. Sadly, the darker lighting caused some substantial grain compared to the other scenes and only a bit more light would've solved this issue. Sexually, the action was about as generic as I expected but both gals were moderately attractive, even if the audio went out of synchronization part way through the scene.

Scene Four: The Hanged Man: Dulce and Kat, were up next after Dulce tried to use voodoo (the black arts, not the studly performer) to get back at her ex-boyfriend. It was a silly scene at first with an uncredited male ending up on the floor after being victimized by the gals who then ate each other after their chocolate. Dulce needed a shave down there and Kat was as over the top as ever so fans of these two will likely appreciate the action more than I did. There was some anal toy action too but the numerous close up shots got on my nerves in this barely passable scene.

Scene Five: The Fool: Estella Leon and Victoria Sweet, a couple of attractive gals with lean bodies and pleasing faces, were up next in a setting with religious overtones. There wasn't much of a set up as they slapped one another silly and passionately dove into the action together. In most ways, this was the type of action I was looking for when I picked this one up and while the gals could've used some time in the gym (not as much as me though), they worked very well together. Fans of hot wax will enjoy the scene more than average too as they tortured one another handily. Yum!

Summary: No Man's Land: Latin Edition #6 had a lot going for it but it rarely lived up to its potential so I rated it as a Rent It. The gals all seemed to have some pleasure with other gals and most of them appeared to have some genetic material of Hispanic origin (though not all of them) with plenty of Spanish being bandied about as they did their thing. The better scenes were very well done and the weaker scenes sucked toad turds so maybe future volumes will find some outside help to make sure only the best action gets released in those volumes. I applaud Video Team for offering up a nice try though, especially since they have so many other well made ethnic releases.
