Audio/Video Quality: Panty Pops 9 was again presented in a fine looking 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Kevin Moore for Evil Angel/Buttman Magazine Choice. The flesh tones and the composition of the shots were usually the best for the ladies but the tease that so fascinates Kevin (and myself) were obviously the most important thing to capture for him; this being his core audience from what I’ve learned over the years. Still, the action was clearly recorded and the raw energy of the cast was caught better than I expected; making it a decent looking fuck flick in most ways, the editing not credited this time but still showing some care going into the final product. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English; the lack of separation and dynamic range meaning the audio was a bit flatter than hoped for. It was low end audio for the most part but given the gonzo niche of the movie, this is to be expected.

Body of Review: Kevin Moore is a director that has been hailed as one of the best POV directors in porn, his extensive work for Evil Angel’s Buttman Magazine Choice program helping prove that to a large degree. His latest release came out recently, a title called Panty Pops 9. The premise of the series is to showcase female hotties doing the director in POV fashion, their asses covered in silky or satiny panties as the ladies tease for a considerable amount of time. This time, Kevin showcased August Ames, Vicki Chase, Holly Michaels, Alexis Brill, Luna Star, Amy Anderssen, and Bailey Blue; letting them all have more time than previous volumes using a larger cast.

Okay, rather than bore you with endless descriptions of how the ladies withdrew genetic juice (population pudding, spunk, splooge, etc.) from Kevin’s personal repository of ball batter, I figured a series of pictures would give you the general idea. In each case, the ladies teased Kevin by bending over, posing, and changing into various pairs of panties that made their asses and often bald beavers look particularly enticing. While I was surprised the front cover did not showcase each of the ladies, my handy dandy lists of them both above and below this text should suffice for that. Needless to say, those who adore slutty panties, thongs, g-strings, and even full ass covering panties will appreciate the dozens of outfits the ladies tried on here. That Kevin got his knob slobbed by all of them and most allowed him extensive entry into their sweet pussies (without him having to reciprocate by gobbling gash) was a bonus for him but frankly, the POV style of shooting all the footage has always worked for me, allowing the viewer to become the cock the ladies play with and drain of baby batter in each case, typically seeing Kevin’s bodily fluids glaze their yummy asses.

Summary: Panty Pops 9 by director Kevin Moore for Evil Angel/Buttman Magazine Choice was as appealing to me as a few of the earlier volumes in the series, warranting a very strokable rating of Recommended though genre aficionados will again consider this a “must have” for their collections. Most of the ladies did fuck this time and they showed a lot of oral aptitude too, their sensuality often pushing Kevin over the edge by the time they were finished with him. In short, Panty Pops 9 was strokable thanks to ladies like Holly Michaels, August Ames, Luna Star, Amy Anderssen, Alexis Brill, Vicki Chase, and Bailey Blue, each of the others providing ample reason to check this one out too thanks to their skilled manner of working over Kevin.
