The video was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame color. The picture quality in this feature was fairly good with a clear and crisp digital picture with a slightly blocky picture. The audio was presented in 2-channel audio. The beginning of each scene opened with background music, which was gone by the time the action started. The sound quality was quite good.

Body of Review:

Simon Wolf Uncensored has a several series that share one word in common, wet. Some of these existing series include the Dripping Wet Sex series, Wet Teens series, and Wet Pink series. Since the wet titles have been doing well, Simon Wolf unleashes another series that houses the word wet, Wet Teen Panties. In this new series we're given five gals and five wet panties. Each scene opens with the girls playing with themselves through their underwear and of course their panties get soaked to the bone. Here's the scene by scene.

Concluding Words:

This new Simon Wolf Uncensored series brings an interesting fetish to the fore, seeing girls who dampen their panties (most likely with water) as they play with themselves, before they have sex. Overall I wasn't really impressed with this title, I found the action to be of a fairly decent nature. The action was for the most part fairly slow, straightforward and clean. However the good news is that this title looks very good. The presentation with five young looking cuties; which was a definite plus. It's just too bad the action wasn't smoking hot! Anyways, those of you looking for a clean title, you'll definitely want to check this out. Otherwise it's a decent rental.
