Extra's: The extras were a bit better this time and had 15 minutes of deleted footage as well as the usual photogallery, a cumshot recap, and a paper insert. I liked the deleted footage although I would've enjoyed seeing more of Aria in action. Given the mixed nature of extras in the previous volumes, I figured this was asking too much so I'm just glad the feature was so lengthy.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as originally shot for each scene in this compilation. The levels of grain and lighting varied a bit but the sexual tension and warmth often kept me from noticing. The audio was presented in monaural English with varying levels but overall was also okay for the type of gonzo production I've come to expect from Anabolic.

Body of Review: Lexington Steele is one of those guys that has seen his ups and downs as well as ins and outs over the years. In porn terms, there are few who combine the physical attributes he offers as well as the stamina he possesses without extensive use of Viagra. This is a black man breaking many, if not all, of the rules by demanding ownership of his movies and showing the willingness to walk away from a contract if he feels cheated. While he is now gaining even more momentum in his financial success, there was a time when he was just cutting his teeth in the direction of his movies; a time when he worked for Anabolic Studios. In the last year or so, Anabolic has been releasing compilations of Lex's works and the latest is The Black Bastard #9. Much like previous editions, including Volume 5, the scenes come from a variety of series all released by Anabolic that had Lex boning a variety of gals over the years. If this sounds like a good idea to you, here's a look at the scenes included, with movie identifications made where possible:

Scene One: Diabolic 2 On 1 #10: D-Vince Vouyer: 2001: Aria, well known in porn these days, was new to the scene when making this scene as Marie Silva. She took on both Lex and Mario was the kind of energy that she has become associated with. It's not just that she's attractive but her manner of dealing with the guys was to take no prisoners and do all she could with them. The oral was higher energy than I've seen in most of these compilations but the rest of the scene was decent too. She rode them as though possessed and the anal was a sight to see (not to mention the DP). Fans of interracial and Aria will want to check this one out more than anyone but it was a great scene nonetheless (except for her ass zits).

Scene Two: Unknown: Judy, a cute blonde gal that you'd probably find in a local trailer park, servicing men for ice cream in her youth, took on Lex in a home gym. While not the hottest gal I've seen him with over the years, her very small frame compared to his made for an interesting match up. She took as much of his dick in her mouth and pussy as she could, showing some fair energy levels if not exactly the chemistry some of the other gals of the movie displayed. It ended well although she didn't swallow two loads like Aria did. I'm not sure which movie this scene was taken from so I left it out (usually, there's some form of identifier in the beginning, be it something they say or something in the background).

Scene Three: Balls Deep 6: D-Lexington Steele: 2002: Flower, an average looking blonde with a curvy body and nice lingerie on, started off by masturbating with a small vibrator. She looked like your everyday stripper with a round ass (marred by huge stretch marks) and a hardened face but she was very straightforward about wanting to work with Lex. From the oral to the anal, and there was a lot of anal, she gave a splendid performance as she got him off at least twice by my count. This is a good example of a scene with a gal I don't care much for doing a good enough job to make me overlook that fact. Good work!

Scene Four: Initiations 9: D-Lexington Steele: 2002: Kimberly, a Canadian gal in her first interracial scene, soon found out that she took on a large order by working with Lex. She was another gal that wasn't exactly top of the heap in terms of what she'd do for the camera but she also seemed to want to work with the guy and had an attractive look to her. If you want to see a cutie taking on the big guy, you could do a lot worse than this although she didn't do anal here. It ended with a facial and I thought it was a pretty good scene in terms of the variety of positions and sexual energy, if not heat.

Scene Five: Women Of Color 3: D-Lexington Steele: 2002: Caramel, a black gal from south of the border, started off the next scene by walking down the stairs wearing a fishnet body stocking that accentuated her large curves. I'm not a fan of implants and huge butts but she seemed able to pull off the look better than most I've reviewed lately so I was willing to give this one an extended look. She masturbated for far too little time and went to sucking Lex off with a passionate style belying her abilities. The two then screwed for a long time in a number of positions with her curvy ass shaking like jello (I'd have tapped it myself). For the record, this scene had the most energy and chemistry of the group here, even if she wasn't the most picture perfect gal of the cast.

Scene Six: World Sex Tour 20: D-Christopher Alexander: 1999: Vanessa, a British blonde with a plain face but willing attitude, was up next in a scene with Lex and Mark on a couch. They had a brief interview on the couch in place of my preferred tease sequence where she claimed to want them both. She blew them and even did some rimming before allowing them to take turns boning her loose pussy a while. She then took it up her ass with a double pussy penetration (DPP) being the most extreme sex act of the show. While she had a fair amount of energy, I never got the feeling she really wanted to do the acts for anything other than money, making it kind of weak for me.

Summary: Some of the scenes here were great and others fair at best but the end result was that there was plenty of fuck for your buck to enjoy if you enjoy seeing one of the largest (and I mean that in the most literal of senses) black men in porn taking on a host of attractive gals for your viewing pleasure. The scenes often had everything you could ask for and plenty of heated sexual antics so give this one a look if you're a fan or just want to see the roots of a guy that has begun to forge an empire once more. I'm going to give this one a rating of Recommended based on the average strength of the scenes, but keep in mind that some were much better than others.
