Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, the industry standard for decades. The box cover listed this DVD as an "Ultra Bit" release, leading me to think it was either a marketing gimmick or an attempt to provide a solid picture (something VCA Interactive is known for). The picture looked clear and the colors were accurate but the limited angles weren't all that special for me and I had hoped for something more fulfilling this time around. The audio was presented in the standard stereo English, which was generally clear in terms of vocals as well as the generic music used for the feature. I've seen and heard better from VCA in the past but that doesn't mean they can't rise from their current situation so keep an eye out on them like I have.

Body of Review: VCA Pictures has a long history of providing solid adult entertainment. I've enjoyed numerous features of theirs in the past, primarily by directors like Jim Holliday, Antonio Passolini, Wit Maverick and Veronica Hart. These days, the offerings from those high end directors seem somewhat limited in number (I've seen very few of them as a reviewer) so I have to content myself with their lower end directors most of the time (with mixed results). One of their stable of directors that appears to have moved onto bigger and better things, Roy Karch, has made some decent releases in the past but only when given a good budget to work with. His latest release for VCA is a movie shot nearly 18 months ago, Sittin' Pretty; a feature with limited appeal if you know what I mean. The story followed a gal played by Aria that was house sitting for her friends Sindee Coxx and Baz. If you're looking for a lot of well acted moments, you'll want to look elsewhere and even the sex was limited in terms of heat but fans of the cast may want to check this one out. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that there wasn't a lot going on in terms of heated sexual play:

Scene One: Sindee, looking a few years older than your average VCA contract performer but less than her true age, seduced substantially older Baz in a kitchen after pouring milk on her body for him to lick up. They played with the sprayer attachment of the sink and then each did some oral to the other before a straight screwing took place. Baz is much more known for his skills behind the camera but he did okay with his main squeeze here and the two shared some chemistry if not a lot of energy. The pop shot went to her chest and it was over in no time at all.

Scene Two: Katrina, one of the more sexually aggressive gals in porn these days, and attractive Autumn, had the next scene outdoors with Steve. He seemed to revel in going down on them and the lighting was superior due to the nature of the scene (outdoor scenes almost always look better than indoor scenes). The sex included some slowly paced anal on Autumn and both gals getting a vaginal plugging with the usual oral action taking place. In all, I think Katrina was held back more than anyone in the show and that's a shame since she has proven her skills time and again. They were mechanical in nature but there wasn't any chemistry as the trio went through the paces blindly.

Scene Three: Aria, well known as the body builder type of cutie, was the featured gal on the front DVD cover for a reason; she's a hotty in bed (and on the floor, on tables, and just about anywhere else she goes). She had a lesbian scene with Sindee in the bedroom that was kind of weak for both of them (I've enjoyed watching Sindee for over ten years and Aria for several but this was weaker than average for each). It was focused on licking and rubbing but had some dildo action too yet it didn't work for a fan like me.

Scene Four: Felicia, another cutie with flowing hair and a pleasing screen presence, was up next in a scene with Kurt. He wasn't as rough with her as in most of his recent releases elsewhere and Fifi seemed distracted too. Sadly, her wonderful oral skills (award winning oral skills at that) were not put to the test except for a short bit of action. The couple boned in a few positions that had some energy but little chemistry and it ended with a decent facial.

Scene Five: Aria, looking even better the second time, took care of Jack in bed. Her oral was the best of the bunch and the eye contact she employed certainly didn't hurt but her attentiveness all around was what set her apart. She seemed to enjoy the ride he gave her but he's so small that she could've taken him anally without a problem too and the action ended way too soon for me. The facial wasn't bad but it wasn't as solid as the previous scene either.

Summary: The best I can give Sittin' Pretty is a rating of Rent It due to the limited sexual antics and heat of the scenes. The cast were all looking as good as ever and the picture was very clear most of the time but the low budget nature of the movie proved too much to overcome. I was curious as to what happened to the listed Behind the Scenes feature in the credits but this has been a problem for a number of VCA releases lately and maybe they'll release them all as a separate disc someday for fans. In any case, if you're a huge fan of the cast, rent this one but otherwise, VCA has a lot more to offer in their other movies so don't drop your hard earned cash here.
