Audio/Video Quality: Heavenly Bodies was a set of five scenes presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by the uncredited directors of Digital Playground for their DP Rawcuts line. The flesh tones were fairly accurate in most cases, even very accurate in others, though the quality of the editing and framing showed a great deal of polishing up needed both during and in post production. The lighting varied substantially by scene but there was no company watermark continuously on the screen during the movie. The aural aspects of the scenes varied as much too, the 2.0 Dolby Digital sound (using AC3 codec, 192 Kbps, 48 kHz) including some good mood music in the scenes that would have been tied to features, less impressive on the stand alone clips, the vocals plain to hear and ambient noises added in as appropriate except for one scene that was all messed up as described below.

Body of Review: Digital Playground has long been known for their feature movies, erotica outings, and even their virtual sex titles (back in their early days at least), the company more recently delving into series and unrelated clips as well as compilations. Today’s review is for a movie called Heavenly Bodies, a title comprised of scenes from the company’s “Rawcuts” portion of their website. As with other titles from the web-to-DVD genre of theirs, the results were very mixed, almost as if some were part of features that failed to work out or thematic endeavors that fell apart yet were not completely worthless. With ladies like Anikka Albrite, Aria Alexander, and Cassidy Banks though, I was curious to see what the company came up with compared to their multitude of compilations and their occasion series I’ve been made privy too. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Hurry While My Parents Are Away: Cassidy Banks, the adorable young lady featured on the entire right side of the front cover wearing glasses, was up first with Seth Gamble as they played videogames togehter in the living room, her tight blue shorts hugging her juicy ass and her loose top barely covering her boobs (though she flashed him at times to cheat). Summary: Heavenly Bodies by Digital Playground simply took five scenes from their DP Rawcuts vault of late with an emphasis on attractive ladies like Aria Alexander, Anikka Albrite, and Cassidy Banks showing their goodies to inspire fans enough to merit a rating of at least a Rent It. I would have preferred some unifying theme to the collection and more fuck for the buck but there was enough to like to check this one out. In short then, Heavenly Bodies was not a bad showcase for some physically appealing ladies so check it out and let me know what you think of it.
