Blonde cutie Cameron is about the only reason to pick up VCA's The Contortionist, a movie whose title has more to do with the attitude of the main character (played by Cameron) than any sexual acrobatics she does in the movie.

The story is told through voice over (which can barely be heard at times thanks to a poor audio mix) and by mime performers on the stage of a club. Now, I've always been one to approve trying to make adult films a little more artsy, but I'm also one who believes that mimes are, no matter what the format, rarely entertaining.

The movie starts out with a cop played by Hershel Savage saving Cameron from jumping off the roof of a building. He continues his therapy by seducing this young girl into having sex with him – and we discover Cameron's character's main flaw: she is so willing to please her partner of the moment, that she conforms (or contorts…get it?) to his every whim and wish.

So we follow Cameron through a number of different boyfriends (including a threesome with Steve Hatcher and Anna Mills and the last sex scene of the movie with Nick Manning) where she submits to the wishes of whomever she is with. In between Cameron's sex scenes, we get a pairing between Layla Jade and Tony Tedeschi, a coupling between Honey and Gino Greco (which may be the hottest scene this movie has to offer, thanks to Honey's impressive body) and a lesbian tryst between Dru Berrymore and Brooke Balentyne.

When all is said and done and the credits roll, most viewers will be scratching their heads at to what the point of all this has been. The plot really goes nowhere, and the sexual action isn't enough to make up for the pointless story.

DVD buyers will be even more depressed to discover that this film doesn't offer much in the extras department, either. All we get is a slide show, some cast information and three trailers for other VCA titles. There's also a wall-to-wall option which allows you to view just the sex scenes without the rest of the movie – which may be this title's most valuable option!

Cameron's a sexy-looking girl, there's no denying. Now, maybe someone will write an adult feature worthy of her. This one's a rental-only folks – and only if you like Cameron.
