Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame color. Overall, the grain was a pain in the ass but I liked the action enough to appreciate the movie in spite of the grain. Some scenes were barely lit which might be good for the plot but it didn't work for the sexual enjoyment of this reviewer. The movie also has some mosquito noise, video noise and compression artifacts but the grain was the worse problem. The sound was in stereo English and the vocals were clear, if a touch hollow. The music wasn't bad either.

Body of Review: Movies dealing with the topic of voyeurism are legion in number because a lot of people like to watch others having sex. Since all porn relates to viewers doing just that, peeping, it makes sense to assume there's a big market for it. In a new movie by Vivid, Looking In, director Paul Thomas takes a regular suburban neighborhood that is apparently full of wife swapping voyeurs, and has them do what comes naturally. Savannah and Dale play a couple moving into the neighborhood and the movie focuses primarily on how the neighbors help the couple overcome their sexual hang-ups. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast, noting that all the performers used condoms:

Scene One: Savannah, the hot looking blonde on the dvd cover, and Chris, have a scene inside a room. She warmed up by using a couple of toys, even doing a technical DP on herself with them, before letting him hammer away at her. They even did a bit of anal here in this pretty solid scene.

Scene Two: Savannah, in her undies, gave Dale a quick blowjob in a poorly lit room before being interrupted. It was too short for my tastes.

Scene Three: Taylor, a cute brunette, and Steven, had a scene that started on a staircase and worked into the dining room. It was playful and fun to watch with her eye contact making it the best scene of the show by this point. It was mostly oral with some straight and a touch of hot candle wax thrown in to make it slightly kinky. Good!

Scene Four: Ann, a perky little Latina, and Mickey, had a scene in front of the rest of the cast. Oral and straight with Taylor letting him drop his load on her chest at the end. Not bad but somewhat limited for these two.

Scene Five: Ann, in a crop top outfit and shorts, took on Steven, outdoors in front of the others. Mickey and Taylor then start working on Savannah before she joined in with Ann and Mickey. I liked the scene although group groping doesn't usually work well for me. It was playful and some chemistry was observed.

Scene Six: Taylor and Dru got busy on a couch in a lesbian scene while Ann took care of Dale in front of them. The lesbian antics were pretty well done with lots of heat but Dale's action wasn't as solid. Savannah took on Steven and Mickey outside on the lawn while this all took place and eventually, everyone was in the living room together. Some anal after the oral and straight with the groups partially merging towards the end. As a whole, I really liked the scene.

Scene Seven: Savannah, the lead and a lean blonde, did Dale in a bed. They moved to the window to show the neighbors what they're capable of and it wasn't a bad scene. Pretty good, if limited.

Scene Eight: This was more of a tease scene with Brittney and Rafe rubbing each other while a bunch of people watched. The end credits had the couple on their porch too but it was not what I'd call a full scene exactly.

Summary: I liked the movie despite all it's technical limitations. What bugged me the most was that during the Behind the Scenes feature, some scenes that looked grainy in the feature itself looked pretty solid. That led me to think the grain was a postproduction "trick" to make it appear filmed on film rather than video. In the future, I hope they stop doing this because there's simply no reason for it. The good news is that the sex was solid, the cast attractive and the movie worth a rating of Recommended (it would've been higher if the picture looked better). I also wonder why Dillion wasn't credited.
