Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, a long-time industry standard. The picture was somewhat grainy and had video noise, due in part to the night scenes (if not the lower budget). There was also a problem with color over saturation that caused the picture to look bad but at least there were no compression artifacts. The audio was in 2.0 stereo English but didn't have the dynamic range or separation you'd expect from a movie made by Red Ezra (I'm used to his work for Wicked Pictures and that spoils me). It was slightly hollow but otherwise okay even if the music was kind of generic.

Body of Review: Over the years, I've noticed a number of directors have their own style, some better than others. Depending on what type of mood I'm in, I like to watch a particular director's work as much as certain favorite performers, since the flavor of their work tends to address certain things I want to see. One such director is Red Ezra, a robust man with an eye for making a scene work when he has a decent budget to work with. Nowadays, he's working for a number of companies but I think he'll be best suited for the high-end work he has done in the past. Case in point: his latest release from Metro, Impact. The movie is a feature that centers on a broken down old cop played by Herschel Savage. His partner is killed in a robbery and his new partner is a gal that looks good but he doesn't trust. The plot had the duo trying to catch a couple of crooks but it was so minimal that it made me wonder, why bother? In any case, here's the breakdown of the scenes by cast, noting that condoms were present:

Scene One: Dru, sporting her current dark hair, took care of Herschel on a couch in an erotically filmed scene. She slowly went down on him as he stroked her ass until the switched to a 69 position. Once properly lubed up, she rode him in his lap until a bit of doggy style, ending with a pop shot to her ass. It wasn't her best work but it was okay to watch once.

Scene Two: Ann, a real cutie (she's the brunette on the front DVD cover) with a lean body (also a current contract performer with Metro), and Eric, had a scene on a bed. He started it off by going down on her and she returned the favor by giving him a hands assisted blowjob with plenty of eye contact. They screwed energetically but briefly, ending it all with a facial of minor proportions.

Scene Three: Jessica, looking fit and trim with her golden locks of hair and all natural breasts, took care of Barrett on a bed in a somewhat up tempo scene. Other than her annoying "uhhhhhh uhhh uhhhhhhhhh" as he boned her, the sex was straight with oral and not bad to watch. She has potential but if she's nearly dying with his penis in her, I can only imagine what noises she'd be making with some of the bigger guys. There was anal for those who enjoy it too. It ended with an okay facial.

Scene Four: Kelly, the lead blonde on the front DVD cover and contract star for Metro, had a scene with Joey in a seedy little room on a table. She gave him a short blowjob and he gave her some attention as well. She rode his penis in a few positions before jerking him off onto her face but the scene seemed lacking in terms of heat and longevity.

Scene Five: Ann and Kelly had a lesbian scene on the rooftop this time. Both apparently enjoy the company of other women and as they ate each other out, their expressions were a mixture of heat and desire, making me think this is the norm for them in real life. They did PTM (pussy to mouth) with toys and there was some post coital cuddling that seemed nice to me.

Scene Six: Ann, still in good form, and Herschel, had a scene on an easy chair that started with her giving the best oral of the movie. She took her time and savored his spotted penis as though it were half as old and twice as tasty before letting him bone her. They did well together but the heat obviously came from her, not him.

Summary: In general, I'm a fan of Red's work but he needs a decent budget and the time to craft a good movie in order for his unique vision to be allowed to come forth. Impact was not such a movie with a rushed feel to it, a host of production problems, and scenes lack mostly lacked sexual energy. This being the case, I'm rating this DVD as Skip It, even though I though Ann Marie (in particular) looked sweet. Feature porn is something few companies do well, another reason why so many companies are switching to gonzo.
