The girls profiles section provides information about the performers. However, the writing is so small as to make it very hard to read. A list of other Private titles and information about Private (including their web site info) is provided. The scene selection option allows one to go directly to any particular scene that is desired. The menu allows viewers to choose several different languages to watch the film in which makes it easily available to a wider viewing audience. All in all, the extras are okay but not absolutley fabulous.

Audio/Video Quality: The lighting is pretty good, which really enhances the video quality in my opinion. The audo quality is excellent.

Scene 1: A female doctor is sent into a substance abuse hospital to get the evidence needed to shut them down. She is told that the facility is now doing more harm than good. She begins by sucking and fucking what looks to be one of the hospital staff. The doctor then sneaks around the hospital observing various patients who obviously have some serious problems. She stops to watch as a staff member in a white lab coat gives directions to a patient which she follows, as he strokes his cock. He cums into a specimen cup then has the patient drink it. She moves on to talk on the phone with the doctor who sent her on the assignment.

Scene 2: The next scene involves a female patient waking up and wandering off to watch two nurses getting it on with a male patient. I found this scene kind of creepy since the guy seemed to be unconscious at first. They were fucking and sucking him but he didn't move a muscle for a while, not that I could see anyway. Eventually he stood up and fucked both women though.

Scene 3: The good doctor who seems to be the key player in this film now wanders into a patients room and begins to caress the sleeping woman. She finds a diary next to the woman and begins to read it. She reads of the the woman's encounter with the lab coated tech earlier in the day and of her encounter with another female patient. While she is reading, a doctor and two staff in green scrubs come in and find her there. The male doctor snatches the book and calls it all lies. After leaving the room, she takes another call from the man who sent her to investigate the hospital.

Scene 4: A dominatrix nurse in a black vinyl nurses uniform takes a male patient into an exam room to have some fun with him. The investigating doctor watches in secret as the domme nurse has her way with three male patients. She begins by spanking them, then proceeds to have her way with all of them.

Scene 5: The doctor observes a young woman drug a glass of water. She talks to her, then the both hide as a male doctor comes in and drinks the drugged liquid. After the drug takes effect, the women restrain him by tying him to the chair. They then proceed to have a good time with each other before heading over to include him in their play.

Scene 6: The good doctor then goes back to the doctor who sent her to investigate in the first place. Before she gets there another woman has her way with him. When she discovers his deception she is incensed. I will be totally honest here. I watched the end several times and I still don't get all of it. The one doctor's accent is so thick that I could not understand all he was saying, so I was a little bit lost with the ending.

Summary: Anyone who enjoys girl on girl action should like this movie well enough. Also, anyone looking for an adult film that has a little more plot may like the movie. However, because of the ambiguous ending I'm going to recommend renting this one. I felt a little lost after finishing it and that really threw me off. There is a lot about the movie though that many other viewers may find exciting and interesting.
