The fourth in the ongoing series from Ninn Worx, Pop 4 – The Beauty Of The Blowjob proves that there's not a man alive who doesn't love a good blowjob from time to time. I can't think of anyone who doesn't love a quality hummer from time to time, and that's pretty much the basic fact that Ninn Worx is betting on with this fourth release in the series that features the girls of Ninn Worx, well, sucking dick – and nothing else. Pop 4 – The Beauty Of The Blowjob is a fine compilation featuring twenty of the prolific porno production house's finest femmes deep throating massive dongs. How much you get out of it will completely depend on how much you like watching girls give head – cause that's really all there is to it.
Like in the earlier entries in the series, there's no plot, no setup worth mentioning and not much in the way of foreplay or vaginal stimulation on the part of the ladies. Just basic cock sucking with a few (mostly visual) twists thrown in here and there to keep things interesting. Could be good, could be bad, right? I bet you're thinking that this could get a little dull unless it's a particular fetish of yours, in which case this disc will cater to all of your mouth fucking needs. But if you like more than just oral sex in your porn, and lets face it, most of us do, then yes, this one could get old fast. From personal viewing experience? It works really well in smaller doses, as almost a form of visual foreplay before moving on to watching something heavier – much like a blowjob itself – so there's some irony there.
While there is a fair amount of repetition in terms of what happens and how it all goes down (pun intended) Ninn has wisely chosen a rather varied cast of hunnies to keep things interesting. Each girl has her own variation on the tried and true technique of knob gobbling, and whether it be an hispanic beauty like Olivia Del Rio or a blonde goddess like the aptly named Nikki Blond, each one shows off their rather remarkable sucking prowess with enthusiasm and style.

In addition to variations within the look of the girls (some are natural, some are 'enhanced' while some are blond and others are brunettes, etc.), every once in a while the filmmakers do throw us a curveball in what the girls do in terms of giving head as well. All of the scenes on this release, unlike others in the series, are one guy/one girl, there are no threesomes here but they still manage to spice things up by having the girls all dress very differently and by having them use different sucking techniques (deep throat, gentle, head licking, ball play, etc.).
Aside from those couple of change ups though, this is exactly what it looks like – blow job footage. A lot of it is set to some emotive electronic music and all of it is shot quite artistically and quite provocatively, just as you'd expect from Ninn, but when it comes right down to it, this material is better viewed in specific chunks rather than as a whole. Over time you do start to get a little numb to it all. The sets vary from scene to scene (though many will look familiar to those who have seen a few Ninn Worx titles) and the guys are different which gives it some originality but I think you'd have to really, really be into blowjob footage to get a lot of replay out of this set. It's a good compilation, probably about as good as a compilation of twenty blow jobs could really be, but it's still just that, just as the first entries in the line are, a compilation of twenty blowjobs.
The DVD
Video:
While the image was obviously captured on video and not on film, the overall clarity of the picture is quite good thanks to a decent authoring job and some hard work on the part of the lighting technicians. Colors are quite bold, black levels remain strong, and except where altered intentionally for artistic reasons, skin tones look lifelike and natural. There are a few spots where some mpeg compression is obvious, as well as some mild edge enhancement, but these aren't serious problems and overall, like most of the Pure Play/Ninn Work DVD releases, this movie looks good.
Sound:
The Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround mix comes through loud and clear. As mentioned earlier, there is no dialogue in this film, just some sex noises and background music, both of which are mixed properly and balanced in such a way as to perfectly combine both tracks into one tripped out dreamy and atmospheric soundscape. The mix on this release is noticeably more intricate than most XXX DVDs and the presentation is all the better because of it.
Extras:
There are two extra features to be found within the animated menus of this release. The first is a photo gallery that plays back as a slide show set to music over nine minutes and features over one hundred pictures of each of the girls giving some serious head. The second is a behind the scenes featurette that, like most Ninn Worx featurettes, is presented without any context. Some of the girls ham it up for the camera and show off their tits, and there is some fun candid footage of the performers getting ready to work. There are some penetration shots in here, indicating that this stuff was probably shot in conjunction with a couple of other productions (no surprise there) which is where that footage was probably originally intended to be. This segment runs just over twenty-one minutes.
Final Thoughts:
While the content is definitely repetitive in spots, for fans of oral sex, this is a quality compilation featuring very stylish direction and plenty of gorgeous gals, each one as hot as the next. Pop 4 – The Beauty Of The Blowjob would be an easy recommendation as there was a bit of differentiation between scenes for those very reasons, but as it stands now, it's a solid rental (or a definite recommendation for those who get off on watching cocksucking!).
