Audio/Video Quality: Innocent Until Proven Filthy 9 was presented in the same 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen the scenes were originally shot in by director Erik Everhard for Jules Jordan Video using the MPEG-2 codec (sporting 480 resolution). The quality of the visuals varied a bit here but Everhard focused less on the technical matters instead of maintaining the usual sexual energy and chemistry. The lighting was decent and that eliminated most of the problems associated with gonzo productions, Erik's works virtually always a few notches above the competition from what I've seen over the years. The editing could have used some polishing up but the basics were covered handily, the end result pretty close to what I expected out of the show. The bitrate was all over the charts here with much of the footage coming in around the 3.1 Mbps range but there were not a lot of compression artifacts present that I could see (there was some inherent grain at times though). The audio was offered up in 2.0 Dolby Digital English using 192 Kbps bitrate and 48 kHz sampling rate but there was no separation noticed that I could figure out, and the dynamic range was pretty limited too; the scenes coming from quickly shot gonzo; the guerilla shooting style favored by pornographers everywhere. The limited music was okay but nothing special.

Body of Review: Erik Everhard and his works for Jules Jordan Video have long been fan favorites for their amount of fuck for the buck, Erik’s hardcore sexual antics with some of the top ladies in porn eliciting favorable reviews. That is why I was happy to take a detailed look into Innocent Until Proven Filthy 9, the series almost always a winner. The key scene featured here this time was called “The Return of Amy Ried!!” and amounted to more of an event than any of the rest put together, the fact that several of the less known babes were just as juicy and skilled also a nice touch considering the plethora of porn scenes currently available on the market. Going into the show, I knew what to expect from Amy but a few of the others have been really hit or miss for me so I withheld judgment, knowing full well that Erik would do an excellent job of tearing into pussy regardless of who was on the receiving end. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

For me, the replay value and strokability enhanced the chemistry but it was clear that the ladies wanted to work with Erik. In short, Innocent Until Proven Filthy 9 was a nice shot at emulating the success of lengthier volumes in the series, still providing some superior strokability and replay value to merit a nod from this reviewer so check it out.
