The DVD:

The Devinn Lane Show: Episode 2 - Less Talk...More Action starts out as a
sort of reality show and then quickly turns into your standard porn fare with
a quasi-talk-show feel to it. There are a couple interviews, one
advertisement, and a lot of action (though the subtitle of "less talk
more action" is somewhat misleading as there is also a lot of talk).

Krystal Summers:

The first chapter follows Kristal Summers as she starts at her house,
packing her bag for the day with some nice heels and assorted other
goodies. She actively talks to the camera, which appears to be operated
by Devinn Lane as Devinn asks questions about what she's going to do and how
the day is going to go. After arriving at the studio, there is a cut and
then we see Devinn leading Kristal into a room blindfolded and leaving her
with two guys (Billy Glide and Eric Masterson). She stays blindfolded
for a while and it's a pretty tame scene - she sucks both of the dicks and
then takes off her blindfold after correctly identifying one of the men just
by his penis. After that, one guy begins to eat her out and then it
switches to the classic 2 guys, 1 girl position as she takes it doggy style
while sucking the other cock. They switch positions, but there's nothing
new here and she takes one cum shot on her face and another on her belly.

Ad for Wicked:

The next "part" of the Devinn Lane show features an ad for toys
manufactured by Wicked. After the Devinn and Stephanie Swift discuss the
toys, they take it over to a bed and begin to use the toys. They start
just by kissing and petting and then quickly move to licking and sucking.
When the time is right, they break out the toys and just play with each other
for about ten minutes. Nothing to special here. The action is
pretty weak and it's mostly Devinn playing with the other girl. However,
at the end, they do switch and Devinn takes a nice sized dildo and the scene

The Nightclub:

The scene opens up with Devinn pretending to sing on stage, but we are
quickly disappointed when the scene turns away from Devinn and focuses on the
couple in the crowd. Amber Michaels starts by getting on her knees and
giving Frank Fortuna a blowjob and then they switch to doggy style for a
while. She then moves on top of him, switches positions a couple more
times and he eventually comes on her back. This is a pretty good scene
featuring some nice tight shots and good lighting. Very hot.

The Guitar Lesson:

One guy (Evan Stone), three girls (Ruby, Gia & Kaylynn). Mr.
Stone appears to be in some sort of band as he's playing guitar for the three
girls to kill time before Devinn comes to interview him. He continually
comes on to her during the interview, including using the three girls he was
playing for and letting them give blowjobs to the camera crew that came to
interview him. Devinn leaves the three girls to the three guys and they
each pair off and do a bit of sucking and fucking. While there's a lot
of action going on all around, nothing is too spectacular and the scene is
pretty dark. Just three couples doing each other.

Sunbathing:

Devinn and T.J. Hart are out sunbathing and just talking about underrated porn stars. They then talk to the camera for about 10 minutes without any
nudity before they decide to bring out some toys and play with each
other. The scene is naturally lit and nicely done with T.J. and Devinn
taking turns pleasuring each other poolside. They have fun with the toys
for about ten minutes and then we cut to the next scene.

Anal Sex Tips:

Devinn interviews Nicole Sheridan and Voodoo (a real life couple off
screen) and they give tips on how to do anal sex, what kind of lubes to use,
etc. They talk about it for approximately seven minutes before they
naturally transition into an on-screen example. She starts by sucking
his dick and then he just fucks her "normally" before moving on to
the anal sex portion of the scene. She takes him anally in a couple
different positions before he comes on her face and chest. The scene is
well lit and there are a few close-ups, but not too many. Well done and
one of the better scenes on the disc.

Finale:

It all ends with Devinn and Madison Day talking on a couch before Maidson
strips down and masturbates for the camera. If you are into solo action,
this scene is pretty well done, but it's pretty bland with just Madison
fingering herself for a while and then bringing out a dildo to finish the job.

Special Features:

All Access: The Making of the Devinn Lane Show - Episode 2:

Devinn hosts this look behind the scenes as we see some different cameras
and some outtakes and even make-up sessions. She basically goes from
scene to scene, explains the costumes, the look, the stars, etc. There
are interviews with the stars that aren't included in the actual DVD and also
interviews with crew members. This special feature is actually pretty
entertaining and a fun look behind the scenes. I wouldn't quite say it's
better than the DVD, but it's close. There isn't much
"action," but it is a fun featurette to watch and you get to see the
stars acting somewhat-naturally off camera.

Bonus Sex Scene:

This is just a quick scene of a guy and a girl as he starts by eating her
out and then she returns the favor by sucking his dick. They then move
to the couch, fuck in a few different positions, including anal, and it all
ends with him coming on her tits. The scene is almost 10 minutes long
and just features two unnamed actors off some random DVD. There's better
action in the actual movie than here in the special features, so I'd skip
this.

Star Galleries: Features slideshows of all the girls involved in
the DVD. Boring.

to see them...just watch the movie.

Wicked's Award Winners & Nominations / Wicked Web / Company Profile:
These three "special features" just tell you to go to Wicked's
website.

Wicked Adult Convention: These promotional materials are just
short little compilations of scenes from movies Wicked put out in 1996, 1999
& 2000. They flash by quickly, involve no action and might be
interesting to see once, but are pretty uninteresting.

Wicked Casino: You can install the Wicked Casino on your
computer if you have a DVD-ROM drive. It's your basic casino where you can
play the standard games for free - or..for money - imagine that.

Trailers: Trailers for "Dangerous Tides,"
"Jenna's Revenge," "Sex Safari," and "Working
Girl." Just your standard trailers that can also be seen on the
web. They try and make it look like the DVDs have a plot, but just show
short clips of the action in each movie.

Free Speech: "Fighting for your Freedom" - has two
addresses you can write to for more information on free speech in X-Rated
entertainment.

Video:

The video quality is inconsistent throughout the DVD. Since it is
shot as a "talk-show," there are many segments, all occurring in
different locations with different lighting, different cameras, different
angles. The quality ranges from good to tolerable, but never
excellent. A couple scenes are very dark and the action is hard to make
out while others have great lighting (either outdoors) or multiple light
sources which greatly enhance the scenes. The picture throughout though
is quite clear with no pixilation or artifacts. All of the scenes seem
to have been done with digital recorders and the transfer is very clean.

Audio:

The Devinn Lane show is presented with Dolby audio, but like most porn
videos, doesn't offer anything spectacular in the audio department. The
one downside is that since there is a lot of talk in this format, sometimes
the audio isn't as clear as it should be and if you turn it up to hear what
they're saying, during the sex scenes, you'll be blasting moans throughout
your house.

Conclusion:

The idea is an interesting one with a talk-show format. But, in the
end, it falls flat as the scenes are not connected in any way and they jump
from one idea to another. There's a couple lesbian scenes with toys, a
couple scenes with just couples, and then some that are just interviews and
take way too long. As a whole, the DVD is fun to watch - once.
Some of the scenes are well done and can be rewatched, but the interviews, as
a whole are uninteresting and could easily be skipped. The quality of
the video and audio are acceptable, but not top-notch. If you're a fan
of Devinn Lane, you'll probably enjoy this DVD, otherwise, I'd just rent it
once to see if you like the format.
