The Feature:
"Breathe" is the story of a sexy woman (Kira Kener) who is about to give birth. Before doing so, she reflects back on her sex life, and missed opportunities. What we're left with is a flimsy plot that basically serves as an excuse to show us gratuitous sex scenes… Which is okay by me! And now, it's "Kleenex Scale" time.

The "Kleenex Scale" is done on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being a strong scene, and 1 being a limp one. The main feature consists of 5 scenes with a total running time of around 80 minutes. Here are the scene breakdowns:

Scene #1 – Kira Kener and a guy
Set with an all white background, the guy gives Kira some light oral, and then she uses her hand on him. They jump into reverse cowgirl, missionary, and then he cums on her vagina, thus impregnating her. This scene sets the story for the rest of the movie; unfortunately its not a good one.

Scene #2 – Two cheerleaders while three guys look on
This is more like it. The women exchange oral pleasantries, and then bust out the vibrators, which they use on themselves. And that's it. Wow, what a short disappointing scene. I expect more from cheerleaders.

Scene #3 – Girl and a guy on a bed
He eats it like a vulture, and afterwards, she blows him. They go into doggy, and then she rides him cowgirl style for a good while. He finishes by cumming in her mouth. Good scene.

Scene #4 – Guy and a girl
Guy gives the girl oral, and she returns the favor by blowing him. Reverse cowgirl, doggy, and he finally cums on her backside. The girl here does a pretty good job, especially during the doggy scene.

Scene #5 – Kira Kener and a guy
He gives her oral while she lays on a hospital bed. She blows him for a good while. Doggy, and missionary sex follows, and he cums on her stomach. Nothing amazing here, but good nonetheless.

Video:
The full-frame 1.33:1 presentation looks pretty good. There are instances of grain and artifacting present; but it looks better than some of the other Vivid DVDs I've had the pleasure of reviewing.

Audio:
A 2.0 soundtrack sounds very clean. Bad dialogue, moans, thrusts, slaps, and background sound all sound very good. Though, like I always say, are you really buying the DVD for the audio?

Menus:
Interactive menus filled with clips from the chapters as digitized porn music loops over and over again. Everything is easily accessible.

Extras:
Vivid has done a good job with this DVD, as there are a few bonuses I really didn't expect. During certain scenes, you can toggle between camera angles via your remote. In addition, a "Positions Room" is located on the menu, where you can select and view any position you want to from the movie.

A bonus room is also present. Included there is a "Photo Gallery", an additional Kira Kener sex scene (three-way with two guys), another sex scene featuring the big A, and a "Behind the Scenes" Featurette. There are additional features including previews, phone sex commercials, on the set with vivid, and more.

Final Thoughts:
The main feature is very light on scenes (5 relatively tame ones in total). Despite Kira Kener's beauty, she isn't enough to carry this light DVD. The extras do help pad things out, so I'll give this a "Rent It" recommendation.
