Barely Legal 101 is a conventional five-scene all-sex and all-vaginal movie featuring young women. There are four boy/girl scenes and one girl/girl encounter.

In the case of Barely Legal 101, director Matti Klatt chose locations in which real teens just might have sex. The scenarios, too, are more realistic than what you'd find in most porn flicks. In Scene One, for example, Courtney Page spies a hunk in a garage, boldly catches his attention, and then attacks his lucky cock with her insatiable mouth. Meanwhile, her girlfriend Allie watches and masturbates. Allie's fingers don't do the trick. • From a visual perspective, I think the spoon segment is hottest. Delia's tight teenaged body looks very fine. And, her small natural breasts dance delightfully in response to Seth's balls-deep strokes.
• At the end of the scene, Seth feeds Delia his load of semen). She swallows.
• The shot-from-above camera angles and extreme close-ups are very effective.

What Could Have Been Better:

• The upbeat musical soundtrack, which plays during most of the scene, is redundant.
• There are missing insertions and transitions. Between positions, I prefer for the video to show the couple moving into position and then show the actual insertion. I think the "coming together" of pussy and penis is extremely erotic and should never be edited out of the action.
• It would have been nice had Delia's asshole received some attention...at least rimming.

The DVD-9 disc I reviewed has a full motion chapter selector by scene (there are multiple chapters per scene), a second chapter selector that identifies the girls by name and allows you to choose a particular girl's scene, a very interesting five-minute historical documentary about how director Clive McLean started the Barely Legal series, trailers for six Hustler titles, three minutes of phone-sex ads, a short ad for the Hustler Hollywood store, an eight-minute self-running slide show of pictures from Barely Legal 101, and a 25-minute behind-the-scenes (BTS) featurette. The BTS includes impromptu interviews of the girls on the set; footage of the girls hanging out--and posing in various stages of undress--before their scenes; and shots of naked breasts (you've GOT to see Cali Kayden's pierced nipples up-close-and-personal; Christina Moure's hard and erect nipples are superb, too), asses (no matter if you're a man or woman, you're going to want to fondle Ally Kay's gorgeous butt cheeks), vaginas (Allie Haze's sloshy pussy drips white cream; Christina Moure's spread-wide slippery pink pussy is the gateway to heaven), and feet (although I'm not a "foot man," I think Delilah Darling's pedicured feet are vbery attractive). This selection of extras is about average in today's marketplace. Three stars.

Final Thoughts

The best things about Barely Legal 101 include:

• the video. For a relatively low-budget all-sex (wall-to-wall) movie, the video is exceptionally well done. Usually, I have numerous complaints about camera angles, color balance, lighting, and so forth. Not so with Barely Legal 101! 
• the creative scene scenarios and locations. This movie is SO much more interesting than the typical "let's fuck on somebody's couch" flick.
• Ally Kay. You've GOT to see this chick! She's awesome and has a great future in front of her if she stays in porn! Her scene (Scene Four) with Alex Gonz is the hottest in Barely Legal 101.
• the girl-girl scene. Although it's not the hottest girl/girl scene I've ever reviewed, I do admire Cali Kayden's obvious love of pussy. Her pierced nipples are damned hot, too.

Barely Legal 101 could have been better if: 

• all the girls had cum. Sadly, neither Allie Haze or Delia Darling climax during their scenes.
• the musical soundtrack (which is appreciated during this frugal era) had been a bit less trite and repetitive.
• there had been some anal play...at least rimming.

 

Things I didn't like about Barely Legal 101 include:

• Courtney Page's decision to spit out TJ's semen in Scene One. Ladies, it is highly disrespectful to a man to spit out his cum.
