The Movie:

Jewel De'Nyle's Last Movie looks pretty much the same as most modern shot on video skin flicks do. Decent colors, though a little more care in the lighting would have resulted in some more detail that isn't there now. Skin tones look pretty accurate, and while there aren't any compression artifacts, there are some issues with mild edge enhancement floating around the image. Overall, this is a decent transfer.

Sound:

The plain vanilla Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo sound mix is clean and clear even when it does show the limitations of the shot on video source material. Some of the scenes are just a little flat and don't sound too robust but at the very least you can hear everything that's being said and this mix gets done what it needs to get done without any really big problems. There's not much dialogue, but what is there is clear, and the 'ooos' 'aaaahs' and 'fuck me, you bitch!'s come through nice and clear.

Extras:

Extras include a behind the scenes segment that has brief little interviews with all the girls involved, including Jewel herself who explains that she wanted all the girls to wear pink and black for her last film. There's plenty of footage from the set, some of which includes action scenes and some of which doesn't, and this segment, which runs almost twenty minutes, gives a nice overview of the film. There's also a farewell message from Jewel, as she says goodbye to her fans after taking a serious facial.

All nine of the girls get photo shoot clips, that run roughly a minute and forty five seconds each. Theses are basically strip tease segments with a lot of flashbulbs going off in the background.

Rounding out the extras are a cumshot recap that lets you jump to any one of the four money shot moments from the movie, a photo gallery of seventeen images from the movie, trailers for four other Platinum X Pictures releases, a website link and a text biography for Ms. De'Nyle.

Final Thoughts:

Jewel De'Nyle's Last Movie sends the starlet out with a bang. A few bangs, actually. A gang bang, even. At any rate, it looks and sounds decent and the sex is pretty intense stuff. The behind the scenes segment is interesting, the rest of the extras are standard as is the audio/video quality but seeing as this is Jewel's last film, how can I not recommend it? The porn industry won't be the same without her.
