Audio/Video Quality: Who's Your Daddy? 8 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as shot by Mike Quasar for Zero Tolerance. The lighting was generally decent, limiting the grain and video noise while providing accurate fleshtones on the cast. The picture wasn't perfect but the composition of the shots was as solid as I remember Mike providing in the past, always enhancing the look of the ladies in their scenes. There were no compression artifacts observed and the overall visual quality was pretty good, as expected. The audio registered on my receiver as 2.0 Dolby Digital but the vocals varied a fair amount in terms of loudness and the music ended after the scenes truly began. I didn't notice anything that would give your home theatres a work out but the audio properties did not detract from the experience.

Body of Review: Zero Tolerance started a few years back with the premise that there'd be no tolerance for certain types of gals in their movies. While this didn't last for long (given the talent pool in porn), at least a nod is still attributed to the concept as the company tries to go out of it's way in casting talented performers. Today's review of Who's Your Daddy? 8 is a case in point, where there were some tattoos but the gals looked to be attractive, youthful, and certainly skilled enough that fans will be happy with their scenes. The premise is the same as it was back when I reviewed Who's Your Daddy 4; the gals would pretend that the men in the scenes were their daddy (most likely referring to a sugar daddy) and have sex with them. Here's a quick breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used:

Scene One: Alicia Angel, a lean brunette 21 year old new to porn, was up first after a short interview by Mike in the front hallway of the house. She started to masturbate on the couch and was soon joined by James Deen and Sascha, who dropped their trousers in order for her to start sucking them off (with a little slapping action prior to the oral). Summary: Who's Your Daddy? 8 was at least as good as I remember the series, scoring a rating of Recommended this time. The technical matters were pretty solid, the casting exceptionally good, and the scenes generally very well handled as shot by Mike Quasar. Julia Bond and Sunny Lane were of particular interest to me but some of the others had great replay value too, and aside from having few extras, there was a lot of fuck for the buck compared to previous volumes in this well received series. Personally, I wish they'd actually credit Mike as director all the way around (switching Greg out to role of producer or something) since there's no doubt as to who's calling all the shots (interviewing, acting as cameraman, likely editing it, and making all the decisions that matter outside of the casting and money-which are producer responsibilities) but whomever Zero Tolerance wants to give credit to, Mike can sleep secure knowing he did a good job here too.
