Extras: The disc had the feature elements as the primary material but also had a pop shot recap, some trailers, a photogallery, and two Behind the Scenes features, the first lasting 3:37 minutes and detailing the director explaining what he wanted to everyone (such as Eli Cross working the camera and Lexi Belle as Supergirl) and the second lasted 3:27 minutes with similar material on Alexis Texas as Emma Frost. Unlike the other version of the show, this had no second disc of extras but it did have two pairs of cheap 3D glasses.

Audio/Video Quality: Super Heroine 3D was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Sinister X for Exquisite Multimedia/Extreme Comixxx. First off, it was not interactive unless you consider being able to fast forward or skip a chapter as being “interactive”. It was also certainly meant to be a companion to the 2D version of the movie but splitting them up gives fans of the 3D “craze” the ability to get it without wasting money on this portion and vice versa. This version was the 3D one, an anaglyph processed show using the ancient red/blue glasses, some of the minor elements helping it look better in some ways (like Chanel throwing cards, the snow in Alexis' scene, the candles in Lizzy's solo scene). The technical aspects were capably handled by people like director of photography Eli Cross, production manager Nikki Charm, and lighting/set designed Marco Guaco. The makeup was done by Claudia Rivas and the sound by Freddy Fingers, the overall production coming across as being done on low budget but at least catering to the comic fanboy desires of seeing comic book ladies come to life (technically, only two of the characters are generally considered to be “heroines” by us old school comic lovers though I know the great many revamps have allowed the other two to join those ranks at times). The lighting was even in most of the four scenes, the POV aspect capably handled, and while I believe many possibilities were left untouched, it was strokable as presented here. The audio was less pleasing with the 2.0 Dolby Digital English focusing on music rather than vocals most of the time, all four scenes providing a lot of variance in this regard (more so than the visual components).

Body of Review: Sinister X revitalized his directing career courtesy of Exquisite Multimedia, his Extreme Comixxx line now partnering up with another company. Before they parted ways, some fun costumed comic book parody efforts were made, one of the lesser known titles being Super Heroine 3D (half of the 2D version sold separately). The idea here was advertised as being interactive like their Wonder Woman title I reviewed last week and I will say up front that if that is what you are looking for, move along. What was portrayed here was seeing Lexi Belle as Supergirl, Chanel Preston as Zatanna, Lizzy Borden as Catwoman (though the credits listed her as "Batgirl"), and Alexis Texas as Emma Frost. The back cover stated it like this: “Lurking from around the shadow ridden corners of the lewd, crude under belly of portropolis; mastermind, mega director Sinister X returns with his latest super cinematic porno parody masterpiece, Super Heroine 3D. Combining technology, with sexy cinematography, Super Heroine 2D takes Hollywood's latest technology, and makes it so that any use can watch at home on any TV, computer or mobile device. Shot in POV, take control and fuck your favorite super slut super heroines, such as Lexi Belle as Supergirl, Alexis Texas as Emma Frost, Lizzy Borden as Catwoman and Chanel Preston as Zatanna. In this all action sex adventure that is sure to leave you craving more crime fighting, cock sucking, dildo doing and super heroine action!” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Lexi Belle, the foxy young blond seen on the far right side of the cover, was up first as an X-rated Supergirl in her costume. She was loud but not as much as the music and Lizzy did some ATM with the toy while staying in her outfit (even after she tore it to grant herself greater access), the mood working for her act even if a whip or athletic calisthenics might have better sold the characterization. The candles looked 3D here but that was the only such effect I cared for in the scene.

Summary: Super Heroine 3D by director Sinister X for Exquisite Multimedia/Extreme Comixxx was caught short on many levels this time, the quality of the ladies much better than how they were used. I admit that had this been combined with the companion piece (the 2D disc which was given a separate release on the same day), I would have found it a better value but it was still worth a rating of at least Rent It as a standalone project, the fact that it had Lexi Belle, Chanel Preston, Alexis Texas, and Lizzy Borden all dressed up in cosplay outfits certainly worth a few sessions of self inspired love. In short, contrary to the cover assertion that Super Heroine 3D was interactive, it was a group of three full scenes and a solo show, all split asunder from the other half of the production though not showing any discount at retail. I’ve seen worse and I’ve seen much better (especially from this company) but check it out before you get too excited.
