Extras: The best extra was the bonus scene lasting 33:06 minutes from BWA #11 that my associate, Rob Randall, described below in detail. There were three trailers to shows like Big Wet Asses 13, Kristina Rose: Dirty Girl, and Alexis Texas is Buttwoman, a photogallery, a popshot recap, spam, and a 12:15 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that had Nutsack interviewing the ladies, showing them partially dressed, and enjoying their sexuality. There was also a second side to the DVD cover but it was merely a set of other covers to company projects.

Audio/Video Quality: Big Wet Asses 14 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as shot by director William H. Nutsack for Elegant Angel using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec with 480i resolution. The camera work was solid with plentiful lighting to eliminate grain, video noise and shadows and the picture appeared to be crisp this time. The editing by Graham Travis and Bruce Carter was very well done, always allowing for some additional lingering time to let the tease soak in (pun intended) before moving around too quickly as some of the company's weaker efforts have displayed of late. I saw no compression artifacts (it was largely falling around the middle 3.5 Mbps video bitrate; on the low end but probably needed given the amount of material on the DVD) and the composition of the camera angles strongly favored the female performers as most of Nutsack's work these days tends to do. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English track was pretty basic with little separation or dynamic range yet I could hear the cast well enough in most cases. For those keeping track, the audio was offered in a 192 Kbps offering with a 48 kHz sampling rate, plenty of room considering how little took place on it but leaving room for future efforts too, Nutsack sadly not providing another cute ditty for the ending credits as he sometimes does.

Body of Review: William H. Nutsack and Elegant Angel are among the most popular combinations going these days to listen to the reviewers on Xcritic, several of us loudly voicing our opinions last week to name the company the Best Company of 2008 for the kinds of heated productions they make. While I've been busy voting in the industry awards of late, I found out that Big Wet Asses 14 was being held for me, my publisher preferring I get one of my top picks of the year rather than miss out as I have in the past while tending to lesser titles. Anyone that knows me should know how much I enjoy the oiled up antics of the high end hotties the series provides, Big Wet Asses 13 incredibly strokable (and a major factor in the previously mentioned award). As expected, the idea here was that Nutsack offered up some of the top talent in the industry, Lisa Ann striking me as the most reliable performer of the bunch but Alexis Texas claiming home state preference and Phoenix Marie vying with Kristina Rose and newcomer to anal action Kirra Lynne for some positive commentary. The company website described it like this: Big Wet Asses, the winner of AVN's coveted Best Anal Themed Series award for 2006, 2007, & 2008, is back! Elegant Angel is delighted to announce that porn superstar, Alexis Texas, stars in the 14th edition of the critically acclaimed series alongside another stellar assemblage of voluptuous superstars. Here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Kristina Rose, an exceptionally cute brunette with a sweet ass, was up first in the white room as she gyrated and otherwise showed her healthy curves. The smiling lass seemed to enjoy getting oiled up too, her dance moves limited and the editing helping make the tease look pretty hot. Fans of the series know just how important the tease is to the scenes and once that was over, she was rewarded with a visit from studly Manuel Ferrara. Scene Four: Kirra Lynne, a lean little blond with a heart shaped ass (albeit smaller than most of the others in the cast), did a decent enough tease session but it seemed shorter than most, the all natural "stripper next door" drawing the short straw to work with moper Anthony Rosano. Her metallic pink bikini enhanced her look though and I'll give Anthony some credit for the manner in which he ate her out so enthusiastically before she showed him a sample of her own oral talents. This was advertised as Kirra's first on camera anal and she showed that she was not quite ready for prime time in that regard, still giving a moderately warm performance throughout the scene from the tease and oral to the way she rode cock. The anal was limited here as well but given her strength with the blowjobs and oral, it would not have bugged me one bit to lose the anal altogether. The ending of the mechanically driven scene showed her taking a modest facial, her body glistening with sweat and the lady looking straight at the camera.

Scene Five: Lisa Ann, the babelicious MILF with more experience than the rest of the ladies put together, was up next as she tormented the camera by teasing so well in her neon pink bikini during the oiling phase of the show. I admit to being a fan of hers and this was another great performance, her pairing with Manuel Ferrara making the scene so much better as a result of the chemistry. She looked a bit too lean for my tastes but her ass was just right (or is that "ripe"?) for the series, Manuel eating it like it was his last dinner in a long time. Bonus Scene: Big Wet Asses 11: Brianna is the girl featured on the DVD cover. She is a good looking babe with a tight body and nice ass. Summary: Big Wet Asses 14 by director William H. Nutsack for Elegant Angel was another excellent example of why I keep coming back to see what the series will provide in terms of replay value, strokability, and genuine chemistry, this volume earning a Highly Recommended thanks to Lisa Ann, Alexis Texas, and Phoenix Marie doing such a great job. The others were not bad either. There was a lot more anal this time too so those of you that prefer seeing the ladies get hammered in the ass will literally be in raincoater heaven. In short, Big Wet Asses 14 did not let me down a single time and while some scenes were fantastic (or is that "fant-ASS-tic"), William certainly shows again why he is the best choice to helm this series considering the technical values, the extras, and the casting he does so well.
