Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the typical 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, the industry standard for porn over the years. The grain didn't look too bad but the picture was slightly faded (something I've discussed with Mike Quasar a few times) in terms of colors. I think it was an improvement over some of the company's other releases, making me think the problem is related to the DVD transfer. In any case, the picture didn't look bad, just not as strong as it could have. The audio was presented in stereo English, with the levels a bit mixed in some cases (if you set the audio during the interviews, you'll find your neighbors calling you in short order after the sex starts). Again, it wasn't bad, just not optimal.

Body of Review: Zero Tolerance is a company that once advertised they had zero tolerance for: dumb fucking dialogue, ugly bitches, stretch marks, Tijuana boob jobs, stupid tattoos, fake orgasms, limp cocks, weak pop shots, hookers who hate fucking, sorry ass suitcase pimps, crack whores, and bad pornography. They still seem to pay a bit of attention to that credo but the market has very few females able to live up to the standard so they have "relaxed" the standards a bit in order to make some pretty hot gonzo releases. Last year, one of their more interesting DVD's was a little hit by Mark Davis known as Virgin Surgeon 1. The premise was to find gals with little, if any, experience on camera, at least in how they acted. The latest volume of the series is Virgin Surgeon 2, and it seems like they went all out to find gals with a lot less experience this time (for better or for worse, depending on what you prefer in your porn). Scene One: Melissa, a French gal with an all natural body and a swell ass, had a scene with Kurt after Mark introduced her. They started off on a couch and she let him strip her before playing with her breasts and other body parts. They screwed vaginally and anally in several positions on the couch, after which he dropped a moderate load into her mouth and on her face. There was some ATM (ass to mouth) action and she looked good but her sexual skills have yet to be refined enough for me to appreciate. If you like gals with some rough edges, you'll enjoy her taking him on though.

Scene Two: Alexis, a twenty two year old blond with a very lean body that led the pack in Good Girls Doing Bad Things 4, had a scene by a fireplace with David. She gave him a decent blowjob with some energy to it, providing eye contact to help coax him to getting extra hard, before they screwed like bunnies in several positions. Her throaty moans were nice and she did try to keep up with the veteran stud, having vaginal sex until he jerked off onto her face.

Scene Three: Envy, a redhead with large breasts claiming to have only done two prior scenes (turning 18 in October of 2003), , let Mark jerk her off on a bed to begin their scene. He then went down on her and she returned the favor, although she paid too much attention to the camera for my tastes. He started boning her in a number of positions, with her hanging on for the ride most of the time, and it ended with a large load to her face.

Scene Four: Iyesha, a very attractive brunette with just enough extra baby fat to look natural, had a scene on a couch with David. He made out with her a bit, mostly concentrating on her breasts, before she blew him. Her oral skills weren't exactly world record class but they would have gotten me off in no time and the two screwed after that. She rode in his lap with a bit of energy as he played with her ass, preparing for the inevitable anal that took place soon afterwards. She was able to handle him fairly well in each hole and fans of gaping will be pleased that she does so with a long hang time. He jerked himself off into her mouth to finish the scene.

Scene Five: Isabel, a 21 year old English woman (in April), did about ten scenes before this one and had a curvy body with good sized breasts. She also had some extra weight but it looked healthy on her, with Kurt apparently not minding a single bit. Scene Six: Victoria, another curvy English gal, this one 19 years old, wore some nice lingerie too. She had her first male/female scene here with Mark on the couch. I would have preferred better lighting (well, more even lighting) but she appeared ready to take the porn world by storm. She blew him without using her hands and he screwed her while he sucked her feet. She didn't do anal but she did clean his penis PTM style (pussy to mouth) more than once. She finished up with a mouthful of semen, like most of the others.

Summary: I think the series is a pretty solid one and Virgin Surgeon 2 is worth a rating of Recommended. The cast had some fun, appeared less jaded than many more experienced performers, and there was enough diversity of sex acts and intensity levels to please most gonzo fans. If the picture were slightly clearer, I'd be giving this one a better rating but it's certainly worth suggesting to friends. Check it out if this sounds interesting to you.
