Extra's: The best extras were the two bonus scenes I briefly described below. They totaled almost an hour and provided some solid stroke value for fans; the best kind of extra available. I also really liked the 19.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Manuel as it showcased several of the ladies really well. Jake shot some of it but fans of anecdotes from porn sets will find a lot to talk about here. Even longer was the 37.5 minute photoshoot feature that showed the guys taking a lot of pictures of the ladies in sexy poses, clearly superior to many other features available on the market these days. There were also14 filmographies, a photogallery, a cast list, a cumshot recap, some websites in the double disc set as well, and trailers for movies like Fucked On Sight, Evilution 1, Evilution 2, New Whores on the Block 2, and Evil Anal though.

Audio/Video Quality: Evil Anal 2 was presented in 1.85:1 ratio letterboxed color as shot for DVD by director Manuel Ferrara for Evil Angel. I would've greatly preferred the movie to be in anamorphic widescreen (the process adds a lot of detail to the picture on widescreen televisions) but that trend still hasn't hit Evil Angel yet so I'll just have to extol the virtues of the process on movies released by their competition until they get with the program. I've noticed that Manuel's work for the company simply hasn't been as crystal clear as some of his work elsewhere and this was one more such case. The colors were fairly solid and the fleshtones fairly accurate, but the lighting was not the best this time; making the picture look decent but not nearly as good as some of his older work for another company (RLD). Lighting varied by the scenes and was spottier than previous efforts but still seemed to convey the sense of raw energy fairly well. The amount of grain and video noise were low to moderate as a result so while it wasn't the best I've seen from Manuel (not even close in fact), it was better than some gonzo productions. There were no compression artifacts noticed during the scenes but the strength of the visuals was how the composition of the shots almost always enhanced the looks or perceived passion of the scenes. The audio was presented in 2.0 Dolby Digital English with minimal separation between the channels and a standard dynamic range, making it nothing special in this sense but not bad either.

Body of Review: Manuel Ferrara has proven himself as a male performer for years and his move to directing has not always been a smooth trip. In many of his titles for Evil Angel, the technical values have drifted below what most people associate with the company though the raw energy and heat of the scenes has often proven to be superior to that of his peers there. His latest title is Evil Anal 2, the sequel to the well received Evil Anal; a series of gonzo scenes with little set up but lots of the fun fans have associated with Manuel's work on both sides of the camera. If you like a nice variety of action, you've come to the right place, with three hours of material in the movie alone, followed by some of the best gonzo extras on the market this year. If you're still interested, here's a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Jenna Haze, the little cutie that has taken the porn world by storm in recent years, was up first and it was a wise choice as she began by saying: "Fuck me please, don't make me beg." All of the ladies looked good but my main interest was in Dana and Gianna; each of the ladies wearing revealing lingerie that served to enhance their appeal all the more. The playful tease was plentiful here as well and the ladies accommodated every wish the men had, rubbing, sucking, and presenting themselves for anything the men wanted. There was a lot of lesbian action taking place too since there were only a couple of men here but the primary focus of the action was definitely on the men here. The ladies provided reverse blow bangs where they teamed up to suck start the men before the penetrative action began. The highlights of the scene were numerous but Dana's active anal and Gianna's titty play were just as good as I knew they would be. My biggest complaint was that Gianna stayed off to the side for far too long and the sheer number of ladies called for more meat puppets to handle them properly. The taste testing permutations were many (PTM, ATM, PTOGM, ATOGM) but what really struck me as great was the chemistry they all seemed to share (well, most of them) and the passionate manner in which they practically attacked one another nonstop throughout the lengthy scene. It's early in the year but this serves as a strong initial candidate for best orgy scene of the year thanks to all that was going on, the replay, and stroke value offered up. The casting was better than average with Sativa Rose, Dana DeArmond, Gianna, and Jenna Haze only a few of the notable names worth checking out. The picture quality could have been better but I've been told that this will be taken care of by someone in the know that helps Manuel so look for even better titles in the future. As far as the rating is concerned, I'm on the fence since the two disc package offered so much but was hampered by the technical aspects but I erred on the side of chemistry and heat to give Evil Anal 2 a rating of Highly Recommended.
